هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ترتيب مصر في تقرير مؤشر التنافسية العالمي في الفترة من 2015م حتى 2020م، لبعض المؤشرات التي ترتبط بمجال التعليم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، وتحدد هدفا الدراسة في: 1-التعرف على الأطر الفكرية المرتبطة بالتنافسية. 2-تحليل ترتيب مصر في بعض مؤشرات مجال التعليم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في الفترة من 2015م حتي 2020م بمؤشر التنافسية العالمي. ولتحقيق هدفي الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تحليل الأدبيات النظرية المتعلقة بالتنافسية في مجال التعليم بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، وكذلك تحليل نتائج تقارير مؤشر التنافسية العالمي في الفترة من 2015م حتى 2020م، للوقوف على ترتيب مصر في بعض المؤشرات المرتبطة بمجال التعليم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1-تدني مستوي ترتيب مصر في مؤشر جودة التعليم الأساسي في تقارير التنافسية للأعوام من 2015م -2016م حتى 2017 م – 2018 م 2- تدني مستوي ترتيب مصر في مؤشر جودة الادارة المدرسية حيث حقق تقدير أقل من 50% في تقارير التنافسية للأعوام من 2015م - 2016م حتي 2017م - 2018م. 3-تدني مستوي مؤشر جودة التدريب المهني بتقارير التنافسية للأعوام 2018م -2019م، 2019م -2020م. وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات ومن أهمها: 1-تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية فيما يخص احتياجات المتعلمين تماشيا مع تطورات العصر ومتطلبات سوق العمل التنافسي بدعم الابتكار واستخدام استراتيجيات تدريس مناسبة، وزيادة التفاعل التكنولوجي في البحث والمناهج الدراسية. 2-توفير برامج تدريبية متخصصة محليا تراعي طبيعة المجتمع المصري وتلبي احتياجاته.
The study aimed to identify the reality of Egypt's ranking in the Global Competitiveness Index report from 2015 to 2020 AD, for some indicators that are related to the field of education, directly or indirectly, in basic education schools. 1- Identify the intellectual frameworks related to competitiveness 2- Analyzing Egypt's ranking in some educational indicators in basic education schools from 2015 to 2020 in the Global Competitiveness Index. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, by analyzing the theoretical literature related to competitiveness in the field of education in basic education schools, as well as analyzing the results of the reports of the Global Competitiveness Index from 2015 to 2020, to determine Egypt's ranking in some indicators related to the field of education. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: 1- The low ranking of Egypt in the basic education quality index in the competitiveness reports for the years 2015-2016 to 2017-2018. 2- The low level of Egypt's ranking in the school management quality index. 3- The low level of the quality index of vocational training in the competitiveness reports for the years 2018 - 2019, 2019 – 2020. Most important of which are: 1- Improving the quality of the educational process with regard to the needs of learners in line with the developments of the times and the requirements of the competitive labor market by supporting innovation and using appropriate teaching strategies, and increasing technological interaction in research and curricula. 2- Providing locally specialized training programs that take into account the nature of the Egyptian society and meet its needs.
