استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح في تنمية مهارة صياغة الأسئلة ومهارة توجيه الأسئلة ومهارة تلقي إجابات الطلاب في تدريس القواعد النحوية لدى الطلاب المعلمين، وفي سبيل هذا الهدف استخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي وأعد الباحث الأدوات التالية والتي تمثلت في إعداد قائمة بمهارة صياغة الأسئلة ومهارة توجيه الأسئلة ومهارة تلقي إجابات الطلاب المناسبة في تدريس القواعد النحوية، اختبار التحصيل المعرفي لقياس مدى إلمام الطلاب المعلمين بالجانب المعرفي لمهارة صياغة الأسئلة ومهارة توجيه الأسئلة ومهارة تلقي إجابات الطلاب، بطاقة ملاحظة بمهارة صياغة الأسئلة ومهارة توجيه الأسئلة ومهارة تلقي إجابات الطلاب، وبعد تطبيق البرنامج يمكن إيجاز أهم النتائج فيما يلي: توصل هذا البحث إلى ضعف الطلاب المعلمين في مهارة صياغة الأسئلة ومهارة توجيه الأسئلة ومهارة تلقي إجابات الطلاب في تدريس القواعد النحوية، توصل هذا البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية مهارة صياغة الأسئلة ومهارة توجيه الأسئلة ومهارة تلقي إجابات الطلاب في تدريس القواعد النحوية.
