المستخلص: تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في بحث اتجاه أولياء الأمور نحو إسناد تدريس الطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية للمعلمات بمدينة الرياض، وقد استهدفت الدراسة معرفة مدى تأييد أولياء الأمور لإسناد تدريس الطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية للمعلمات، والتعرف على اتجاهات أولياء الأمور حول إيجابيات وسلبيات إسناد تدريس الطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية للمعلمات، ومعرفة السيناريوهات المقترحة من قبل أولياء الأمور لنجاح إسناد تدريس الطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية للمعلمات. وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي. وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من مواطني مدينة الرياض قوامها (٣٨٤)، وتم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبانة تم إخضاعها لمقاييس الصدق والثبات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، أهمها: أن غالبية عينة الدراسة يؤيدون إسناد تدريس طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية للمعلمات، وأن أهم إيجابيات إسناد تدريس الطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية للمعلمات من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة تتمثل في تفهم المعلمة لحاجات الطفل النفسية، وتحمل المعلمة للطلاب في هذه المرحلة نظراً لطبيعتها كأم، ومرونة المعلمة مع الطلاب في هذه المرحلة. وأن أهم السلبيات تتمثل في أن الطالب في نهاية المرحلة الابتدائية يكون قد وصل لمرحلة البلوغ ومن الصعب تقبل تدريسه من قبل معلمة، ويبحث الطفل في مرحلة المراهقة عن القدوة سواء في المنزل أو المدرسة أو المجتمع، وهو بحاجة ماسة إلى تعويده على أسلوب رجولي، وضعف قدرة المعلمة على ضبط الصف مقارنة بالمعلم الرجل. كما اتضح أن السيناريو المفضل من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة يتمثل في عمل مدرسة نموذجية ابتدائية واحدة في كل حي يسند فيه للمعلمات تدريس الطلاب في كافة صفوف المرحلة الابتدائية، ليكون هناك خيار لأولياء الأمور للاختيار بين هذه المدرسة أو المدرسة الأخرى التي يدرس فيها المدرسين الذكور.

The problem of the study represented in examining the parents’ tendency towards assigning the teaching of male students at the primary level to female teachers in Riyadh. The study aimed to find out the extent of parents' support for assigning the teaching of male students in the elementary level to female teachers, and to identify the attitudes of parents about the pros and cons of assigning the teaching of male students in the elementary level to female teachers. And knowing the scenarios proposed by parents for the success of assigning male students' teaching at the elementary level to female teachers. Descriptive survey method used. The study applied to a sample of (384) Riyadh city citizens. Data collected by means of a questionnaire that subjected to measures of validity and reliability. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the majority of the study sample support assigning the teaching of male students in the elementary level to female teachers, and that the most important advantages of assigning students' teaching at the elementary stage to female teachers, from the point of view of the study sample, is that the female teacher understands the child's psychological needs, and that the female teacher bears the students at this stage due to her nature as a mother, and the female teacher's flexibility with students at this stage. And that the most important negatives are that the male student at the end of the primary stage has reached the stage of adulthood and it is difficult to accept teaching by a female teacher, and the child in adolescence looks for a role model, whether at home, school or society, and he urgently needs to accustom him to a manly style, and the weakness of female teacher on class control compared to the male teacher. It also became clear that the preferred scenario from the point of view of the study sample is developing a model primary school in each neighborhood in which female teachers are assigned to teach male students in all primary school grades, so that there is a choice for parents to choose between this school or other school in which male teaches.
