المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات تعليم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بولاية كسلا شرق السودان من وجهة نظر معلمي ذوي الإعاقة السمعية والخبراء التربويين والمهتمون بمجال تعليم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بكسلا، وإيجاد ما إذا كان هنالك فروق في المشكلات تعزى للنوع والمؤهل الدراسي ونوع الوظيفة وسنوات الخبرة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي ذوي الإعاقة السمعية والخبراء التربويين والمهتمين بمجال تعليم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بولاية كلا بشرق السودان، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (.٤) معلم ومعلمة وخبير تربوي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة المشكلات من إعداد الباحثة مكونة من (.٤) فقرة تمثل مشكلات تعليم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، بعد أن تأكدت الباحثة من صدقها وثباتها، واستخدمت أساليب إحصائية متعددة لتحليل البيانات مثلت في اختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة، واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين غير متساويتين في الحجم. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود مشكلات لتعليم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في كسلا بالسودان شيوعها حسب الترتيب الآتي: مشكلات مادية تتعلق بتأسيس مدارس وفصول ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، ثم مشكلات الاتجاه نحو القدرات العقلية والمعرفية للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، تليها مشكلات اتجاهات العاملين نحو تعليم المعاقين، ثم مشكلات تأهيل وتدريب المعلمين، وأخيرا مشكلات التواصل مع التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة السمعية. ولا توجد فروق في المشكلات كما يراها المعلمون والخبراء تعزى لمتغير النوع، ونوع الوظيفة والمؤهل العلمي، ووجدت فروق في المشكلات تعزى لسنوات الخبرة حيث كانت الفروق لصالح الخبرة (من 7- 10) سنوات.

The study aimed at revealing the education problems with hearing disability in Kasla from the point of view of the teachers with Hearing Disability educational experts and interested in the field of education with hearing disability in Kasla and whether there were differences in the problems depending on type school classrooms and the type of function and years of experience, be the study society of teachers with Hearing Disability educational experts and those interested in the field of education with hearing disability in Kasla, consisted in the study sample of (40) teachers and educational experts selected random way of simple, represented the study tool for the identification of problems and the preparation of a researcher (40) a paragraph represent the education problems with Hearing Disability, after it was confirmed that its sincerity and constancy, methods were used multiple statistical data analysis represented in the (T) Test one sample testing (T) Test non- Equal size. The results of the study of the problems of the education with hearing disability in the Sudan Prevalence entities by the order of the following: physical problems related to the establishment of schools and classes with Hearing Disability, then the problems of the trend toward mental abilities, knowledge of the pupils of the deaf, followed by the problems of the trends of working toward education for the disabled, then the problems of the rehabilitation and training of teachers, and finally the problems of communication with pupils of the deaf. There are no differences in the problems as seen by teachers and experts attributed a variable type, the type of job and qualified scientific research, and found differences in the problems attributable to years of experience, where differences in favor of experience (6-10) Years.
