| 520 | |b This article aims at contributing to the understanding of how to use the BSC efficiently, despite the considerable strides achieved in its implementation as a performance improvement method in banking institutions around the world, but it has been shown that it is not being introduced and applied in Algerian banks. Provided BSC, will enable the bank to incorporate it as a valuable method for measuring its efficacy over time by exploring how that affects the performance of the bank. The Alsalam Algeria Bank study shows that its use will only enhance its efficiency significantly and immediately if it is linked to the Bank's strategy because it is heavily based on the financial perspective of measuring performance at the expense of the rest of the perspectives. | ||
