|a لقد طورت منظومة التعليم الأساسي في اتجاه تطبيق مقاربة التكامل المعرفي في ضوء ما أطلق عليه المعالجة المتكاملة، والتي ترجمت-في وجود مناهج متعددة التخصصات-كاستجابة للتحولات المجتمعية، والتوجهات العالمية، والثورة المعلوماتية؛ فضلا عن عدم فاعلية نظام التعليم القائم على التخصصات المنضبطة المنعزلة في تلبية حاجات التلاميذ، ومواكبة متطلبات العصر، والتعامل مع مشكلات الواقع. ولكن تعتمد احتمالية نجاح المقاربات التربوية الحديثة في النظام التعليمي على كيفية اضطلاع معلمي الصف بتطبيقها في ظل توافر المتطلبات اللازمة، وتجاوز العقبات المحتملة. ومن ثم تأتي هذه الدراسة للكشف عن المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق مقاربة التكامل المعرفي بوصفها اتجاها ناشئا في إصلاح التعليم؛ بغية صوغ رؤية مقترحة؛ للارتقاء بمستوى تطبيقها في المستقبل. وكشفت الدراسة الميدانية عن تعدد وتشابك المعوقات؛ ما بين إجرائية، وإدارية تنظيمية، وأخرى ذات صلة بالمعلم، والتلميذ، وولي الأمر، ومعوقات تتعلق بالبنية التحتية، والقدرة المؤسسية، وأخرى ذات الصلة بطبيعة المقررات الدراسية.

|b The basic education system has been developed in the direction of applying the cognitive integration approach under the name of the so-called integrated treatment, which has been translated into the presence of multidisciplinary curricula in response to societal transformations, global trends, and the information revolution, as well as the ineffectiveness of the education system based on disciplined, isolated disciplines in meeting the needs of students, keeping pace with the requirements of the times, and dealing with real problems. However, the possibility of success of modem educational approaches in the educational system depends on how classroom teachers implement them in light of the availability of the necessary requirements and overcoming potential obstacles. Hence, this study comes to reveal the obstacles that prevent the application of the cognitive integration approach as an emerging trend in education reform. In order to formulate a proposed vision to activate its application in the future. The field study revealed the multiplicity and intertwining of obstacles between procedural, administrative and organizational, and others related to the teacher, student, and guardian, and obstacles related to infrastructure, institutional capacity, and others related to the nature of the academic courses.
