"هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان من حيث الأسس والمبادئ التي تقوم عليها، خطواتها، مزاياها، استخدام استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان لتحسين الأداء في مقرر الإيقاع الحركي لدى طلاب الفرقة الأولى قسم التربية الموسيقية بكلية التربية النوعية بجامعة جنوب الوادي واستخدام استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان لتحسين الاتجاه نحو مقرر الإيقاع الحركي بكلية التربية النوعية بجامعة جنوب الوادي. واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لملاءمته لطبيعة هذا البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من 20 طالب وطالبة للمجموعة التجريبية و20 طالب وطالبة للمجموعة الضابطة من طلاب الفرقة الأولى بقسم التربية الموسيقية- كلية التربية النوعية- جامعة جنوب الوادي للعام الدراسي (2020- 2021). وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث كالتالي: 1- لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس القبلي على كل من درجات اختبار بعض دروس مقرر الإيقاع الحركي ودرجات مقياس الاتجاه نحو المادة. 2- يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية على درجات اختبار بعض بنود دروس مقرر الإيقاع الحركي (الشفوية والتطبيقية) ودرجات مقياس الاتجاه نحو المادة في كل من القياسين القبلي والبعدي. 3-يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على درجات اختبار بعض بنود دروس مقرر الإيقاع الحركي (الشفوية والتطبيقية) ودرجات مقياس الاتجاه نحو المادة في القياس البعدي. 4-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية على كل من درجات اختبار بعض بنود دروس مقرر الإيقاع الحركي (الشفوية والتطبيقية) ودرجات مقياس الاتجاه نحو المادة في كل من القياسين القبلي والتتبعي. وأوصى البحث بالآتي: 1- وضع برامج تدريبية للمعيدين والمدرسين المساعدين وتذويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة لتدريبهم على استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التعليم. 2 -الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسات السابقة والتدريبات المقترحة بها والخاصة بتحسين مستوى أداء الطلاب وإثراء مادة الإيقاع الحركي وانتقاء ما يناسب الموضوعات المدروسة ومستوى الطلاب لتطبيقها خلال العام الدراسي. 3-الاستفادة من استراتيجيات التعليم المختلفة وتطبيقها في مختلف فروع التعليم لما لها من فائدة كبيرة في تحسين مستوى الطلاب ورفع مستوى أدائهم."
"The aim of the current research is to identify the learning strategy for mastery in terms of the foundations and principles on which it is based, its steps, its advantages, the use of the learning strategy for mastery to improve performance in the motor rhythm course of the first year students, Department of Music Education, Faculty of Specific Education, South Valley University, and the use of the learning strategy for mastery to improve the direction Towards a Course of Kinetic Rhythm at the Faculty of Specific Education at South Valley University. The current research was based on the semi-experimental approach with two experimental and control groups for its suitability to the nature of this research, and the research sample consisted of 20 students for the experimental group and 20 students for the control group of students of the first division of the Department of Music Education- Faculty of Specific Education- South Valley University for the academic year (2020- 2021). The most important findings of the research were as follows: -There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the tribal measurement on each of the test scores of some lessons of the kinetic rhythm course and the scores of the attitude scale toward the subject. 2-There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group on the test scores of some items of the kinetic rhythm course lessons (oral and applied) and the scores of the attitude scale toward the subject in both the pre and post measurements. 3-There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups on the test scores of some items of the kinetic rhythm course lessons (oral and applied) and the scores of the measure of attitude towards the subject in the post-measurement. 4-There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group on each of the test scores of some items of the kinetic rhythm course lessons (oral and applied) and the scores of the measure of attitude toward the subject in both the pre and follow-up measurements. The research recommended the following: 1-Develop training programs for teaching assistants and assistant teachers and provide them with the necessary skills to train them to use modern strategies in education. 2-Benefiting from the results of previous studies and the proposed exercises to improve the performance level Students and enrich the kinetic rhythm material and choose what suits the topics studied and the level of students to be applied during the academic year. 3-Benefiting from different education strategies and applying them in various branches of education because of their great benefit in improving the level of students and raising the level of their performance."
