المستخلص: "هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التعلم التشاركي عبر الويب في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي وإكساب المهارات الخاصة بتنفيذ وإنهاء البنطلون النسائي لدى طلاب الفرقة الثانية قسم الملابس والنسيج- كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي- جامعة حلوان وذلك لمقرر تصميم النماذج وتنفيذ الملابس ""خارجية نساء"" (البنطلون النسائي)، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة مجموعها (35) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثانية قسم الملابس والنسيج وتعلمت بأسلوب التعلم التشاركي عبر الويب، واتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي والمنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من فروضه وقياس الأداء المهاري والتحصيل المعرفي المرتبط بمهارات تنفيذ وإنهاء البنطلون النسائي. وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من استمارة تحليل المهارات المتضمنة للبنطلون النسائي محل الدراسة، واستمارة تحديد الأهداف التعليمية للمحتوى التعليمي، واختبار تحصيلي معرفي لقياس المعارف، واختبار مهاري لقياس مدى اكتساب الطلاب لتقنيات تنفيذ وإنهاء البنطلون النسائي، ومقياس تقدير لتقييم البنطلون النسائي المنفذ بعد أداء الاختبار المهاري. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تقدير الأداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يؤكد على فعالية استخدام استراتيجية التعلم التشاركي عبر الويب في تعلم معارف ومهارات تنفيذ البنطلون النسائي. كما أوصى البحث إلى الاستفادة من نتائج البحث الحالي ومحاولة تطبيقها في مهارات تنفيذ أخرى من المقررات التي تخدم مجال التخصص، والاستفادة من استراتيجية التعلم التشاركي عبر الويب في تعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو المقررات الدراسية للطلاب."

"This research aimed to measure the effectiveness of using the participatory learning strategy via the web in developing the cognitive achievement and providing the second year students with the skills of implementing and finishing women's trousers, Department of Clothing and Textile- Faculty of Home Economics- Helwan University, for the course of “Designing Models and Implementing Women's Outerwear” (women's trousers).The sample of the research consisted of one experimental group comprising (35) male and female students from the second year of the Department of Clothing and Textile. The said experimental group learned through the participatory learning method via the web. The research used the quasi-experimental approach and the descriptive approach for their relevance to achieving the objectives of the study and verifying its hypotheses and measuring the skill performance and cognitive achievement related to the skills of implementing and finishing women's trousers. The tools of the study consisted of; a form of skill analysis for women’s trousers under this study, a form for determining the educational goals for the educational content, a cognitive achievement test to measure knowledge, a skill test to measure the extent to which students acquired the techniques of implementing and finishing women’s trousers, and an assessment scale to evaluate the implemented women’s trousers after performing the skill test. The research concluded the following results. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the achievement test, in favor of the post application, There are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the pre and post application of the scale of skill performance assessment, in favor of the post application, This confirms the effectiveness of using the participatory learning strategy via the web in learning the skills of implementing and finishing women's trousers. The research recommended benefiting from the results of this research and trying to apply them in other implementation skills of the courses that serve the field of specialization, and benefiting from the participatory learning strategy via the web in promoting positive attitudes towards the students' courses."
