المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج التربية العملية بكلية التربية دنقلا جامعة دنقلا، من وجهة نظر الطلاب المعلمين المتدربين، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات والتي تكونت من (31) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة محاور، تم توزيعها على عينة من (50) طالبا من جملة (150) طالب معلم تدربوا في العام 2017/2018م، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية: أن أفراد العينة أجابوا على محاور الدراسة: مدى فعالية أهداف برنامج التربية العملية، ومدى تحقيق البرنامج لأهدافه، وأثر البرنامج في المتدربين، ومراعاة البرنامج للعولمة ومستجدات العصر، بالموافقة حول غالبية عبارات المحور، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أعداد الموافقين والمحايدين وغير الموافقين لصالح الموافقين أي الأغلبية للموافقين، وإن أهداف برنامج التربية العملية تتسم بالفاعلية، وتتميز بالوضوح، والواقعية والتعبير عن حاجات المجتمع والطلاب المعلمين والمتعلمين، وبرنامج التربية العملية يحقق أهدافه، وأثر برنامج التربية العملية على المتدربين إيجابيا، وأسهم في إكساب المعلومات والمهارات والقيم المرغوب فيها وطرق التفكير، ويتماشى مع التطورات الحديثة في التدريب والمناهج وطرق التدريس.

The study aimed to evaluate the practical educational program at university of Dongla in dongla Faculty of education from the point of view of the student trainer. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the study sample (50) a member of student trainers, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The most important findings were: The study confirmed that the members of student trainers responded to the objectives of the school and the center of the school and the focus of the program in the students on the approval of the majority of the terms of the axis, and there are significant differences between the numbers of approvers and neutral and non-approval for the approval of the majority of the approvers. The respondents answered the following topics: the effectiveness of the objectives of the practical education program, the extent to which the program achieved its objectives, the impact of the program on the trainees, and taking into account the program. For globalization and new developments of the times, BA There are statistical differences between the numbers of approvers, neutrals and non-consenters in favor of the majority, ie the majority of the approvers. The objectives of the practical education program are effective, characterized by clarity, realism and expression of the needs of the community and students and teachers and learners. The practical education program has a positive impact on the trainees, and contributed to the acquisition of information and skills and desirable values and ways of thinking, and in line with recent developments in training, curricula and teaching methods.
