|a يركز هذا البحث على دور اليمانيين في قيام الدولة الأموية، ويتابع تنوع هذا الدور وتطوره طيلة العهد الأموي الممتد من (41-132ه/661- 750م)، ويسلط السوء على ما تمخضت عنه أربعون سنة من عمر دولة الإسلام في زمنها النبوي والراشدي في صياغة الشخصية اليمانية، التي انبثق عنها ذلك الدور الحيوي الحضاري في بناء الدولة الأموية واستمرار كينونتها. وأسفر عن نتائج، أهمها: أن العلاقة الجدية المتينة بين اليمانيين والأمويين أسهمت بشكل فعال في قيام الدولة الأموية، كما توصل إلى أن اليمانيين قاموا بجهود عسكرية كبيرة عند نشأة الدولة، وبذلوا أرواحهم في سبيل بقائها عند تعرضها للخطر.

|b This research focuses on the Yamani role in the establishment of the Umayyad State. It follows the diversity of this role and its development throughout the UMA (41-132 AH-161-750 AD) and highlights what has resulted in forty years from the age of Islamic State at its prophecy and rational time in drafting the personality of the Yamani, which has emerged from this vital role in building the Umayyad State and its continued consideration. The research is mainly aims at standing at the nature of the relationship between the Yemenis and the Umayyad people, and how these relations have grown to turn into effective roles contributed in the growth of Umayyad State in different fields; scientifically, politically and military in the historical times. The results of the research suggest the strong relationship between the Yemenis and the Umayyad people has effectively contributed to Umayyad State, and the research has also made human sacrifices in their military efforts upon the origin of the state and has made their lives to survive when they are at risk.
