|a يهدف البحث إلى محاولة تحليل دوال إنتاج الزيتون واقتراح مختلف هذه الدوال الخطية وغير الخطية، إضافة إلى تقدير دوال إنتاج الزيتون في الجزائر، وكيفية استخدامها في التنبؤ بالإنتاج لوضع الاستراتيجية الزراعية المناسبة في المدى القصير والمتوسط، وذلك بتحليل الإحصائيات ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي EVIEWS. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقدير دالة إنتاج الزيتون في الجزائر باستخدام الأدوات الكمية الاقتصادية تتأثر بمستوى العمالة والمساحة المزروعة إضافة إلى عوامل الإنتاج الأخرى، وتمكن من التنبؤ قصير الأجل في ظل ثبات عوامل الإنتاج المتحكمة بها.

|b The research aims to try to analyze the olive production functions and suggest the various linear and non-linear functions of these functions, in addition to estimating the olive production functions in Algeria, and how to use them in forecasting production to develop the appropriate agricultural strategy in the short and medium term, by analyzing the statistics using the EVIEWS statistical analysis program. The study concluded that the estimation of the olive production function in Algeria by using economic quantitative tools is affected by the level of employment and the cultivated area in addition to other production factors, and enables short-term forecasting in light of the stability of production factors controlling it.
