|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة فاعلية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في عملية التدريس للمرحلة الأساسية من وجهة نظر العاملين في الميدان التربوي. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من (28) معلمة في مدرسة الاتحاد الثانوية للبنات في منطقة عمان، وتم استخدام أسلوب المقابلة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة لمعرفة درجة فاعلية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في عملية التدريس للمعلمين في المرحلة الأساسية في عمان من خلال الإجابة على خمسة أسئلة، وتم بناء أداة الدراسة لقياس درجة فاعلية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في عملية التدريس للمرحلة الأساسية في عمان اعتمادا على الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، وتضمينها المتغيرات الرئيسة الملائمة لمجتمع الدراسة والتي تكونت من (العمر -المؤهل -الخبرة). وتم تجميع البيانات في جداول وتحليلها. توصلت الدراسة عدد من النتائج اهمها تقليل العبء الدراسي، وتوفير الوسيلة المناسبة للمادة التعليمية، مع ضرورة زيادة الساعات المخصصة للمواد التعليمية لإتاحة الفرصة للمعلمين لاستخدام الوسائل التعليمية. وتوصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أهمية الوسائل التعليمية في تسهيل استقبال المعلومات وترسيخها في أذهان الطلاب. ويعتبر الباحث نقص الدورات التدريبية مازالت مشكلة تعوق توظيف الوسائل التعليمية في عملية التدريس لتحقيق أهدافه على الوجه الأمثل. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تقدمت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تزويد العاملين في الميدان التربوي بدورات متخصصة في الإدارة الصفية، وكذلك دورات متخصصة في تعديل السلوك قبل ممارسة مهنة التعليم، لما لهما من أهمية كبيرة للمعلم والطالب على حد سواء.

|b The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of using educational aids in the teaching process for the primary stage from the point of view of workers in the educational field. To achieve the goal of the study, a random sample of (28) teachers was selected in Al-Ittihad Secondary School for Girls in the Amman region, and the interview method was used to collect the information and data necessary to know the degree of effectiveness of using educational aids in the teaching process for teachers in the primary stage in Amman by answering five questions ,And, the study tool was built to measure the degree of effectiveness of using educational aids in the teaching process for the basic stage in Amman, based on theoretical literature and previous studies, and including the main variables appropriate for the study community, which consisted of (age - qualification - experience). Data were collected in tables and analyzed The study found a number of results, the most important of which was reducing the academic burden, providing the appropriate means for the educational material, with the need to increase the hours allocated to educational materials to allow teachers to use educational aids. The study also reached the importance of educational aids in facilitating the reception of information and implanting it in the minds of students. The researcher considers the shortage of training courses still a problem that hinders the use of educational aids in the teaching process to achieve its goals in the best way. In light of the results of the study, the researcher made a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity to provide workers in the educational field with specialized courses in classroom management, as well as specialized courses in behavior modification before practicing the teaching profession, as they are of great importance to the teacher and the student alike..
