المستخلص: Virtual classes are one of the techniques that have emerged from the idea of combining distance education with e-learning and virtual education. Virtual classes aim to create an open learning environment, areas and uses between teacher and learner, and develop the collective work ethic for learners. The present study aimed to recognize the importance and difficulties of using the virtual classes in the Faculty of Education- Princess University Nora Abdul Rahman from the point of view of faculty members and students. The study problem has been identified in the following main question: What are the difficulties of using virtual classrooms in the Faculty of Education- Princess Nora Abdul Rahman University from the point of view of faculty members and female students? -The main question ramify into a number of branch questions which were answered by using descriptive method (survey), and to verify that a questionnaires are prepared to know these difficulties of using virtual classroom. The questionnaires implicated on 65 faculty members and 50 students. The responses of faculty members and female students were appropriate and emphasized the importance of using virtual classrooms. Also, the study concluded that the members of the research sample agree on the importance of using the virtual classroom technology because of its many benefits and to solve many problems of the educational process. Also, there are many difficulties when the use of virtual classrooms in the teaching, the members that impede teaching.
