|b The main objective of this paper is to verify the meaning of the relationship between the multidimensional construct of organizational commitment and professional stress among employees. The results were obtained from a study population made up of 83 respondents from the company Algeria Telecom Tlemcen. This research shows, one the one hand, that organizational commitment is a factor that triggers professional stress among the employees of this company. One the other hand, she states that it is the affective dimension of organizational commitment that contributes to its growth.
