|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي للتنمية المهنية لمدرسي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الاعدادية في العراق في ضوء المعايير العالمية، والتعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، تكونت عينة البحث من (40) مدرسا من مدرسي الكيمياء للمرحلة الإعدادية بالعراق يدرسون في العام الدراسي 2019-2020م، شكلوا المجموعة التجريبية للبحث، تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار تحصيلي معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات التطبيقين (القبلي والبعدي) وبحجم تأثير مرتفع في اختبار التحصيل ككل وعلى كل مستوى من مستويات الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي الثلاثة وهي: التذكر والفهم والتطبيق. ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى) 0.05) بين متوسط الفروق بين درجات التطبيقين (القبلي والبعدي) وبحجم تأثير مرتفع في بطاقة الملاحظة ككل وعلى كل مجال من مجالات بطاقة الملاحظة الخمسة وهي: مهارات التدريس، المهارات الشخصية، المهارات البحثية، المهارات التقنية، المهارات القيادية. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات اختبار التحصيل المعرفي ودرجات اختبار بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء، حيث كان معامل الارتباط (0.275)، وهو غير دال إحصائيًا.

|b The objective of the present research is to build a training program for the professional development of chemistry teachers in the preparatory stage in Iraq the light of international standards, and to identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program, the research sample consisted of (40) chemistry teachers for the preparatory stage in Iraq for the academic year 2019-2020, Where they formed the experimental group of research. the study tools consisted of a cognitive learning test and a note card. the results of the study indicated that, there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average differences for the grades of the two applications (pre-test and post-test), and with high effect in the attainment test as a whole and at each of the three levels of the cognitive attainment test, which are: remembering, understanding and application. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average differences for the grades of the two applications (pre-test and post-test) and with the high effect on the observation card as a whole and on each of the five observation card areas: teaching skills, personal skills, research skills, technical skills and leadership skills. The results also showed that, there is no correlation between the scores of the cognitive attainment test and the score of the performance note card, where the correlation coefficient (0.275) is statistically-non significant.
