|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مشكلات البحث العلمي بتخصص علم النفس التربوي ونسب انتشارها في بعض كليات التربية بالجامعات العربية. وطبق الباحث استطلاع رأي على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم وباحثين في تخصص علم النفس التربوي بلغ عددهم (62) مشارك عبر (Google form) من كليات التربية بمصر والمملكة العربية السعودية وذلك بطرح سؤال عن (ما مشكلات البحث العلمي في تخصص علم النفس التربوي؟) وقد جاءت النتائج متمثلة في (52) مشكلة موزعة على ثلاثة مكونات (العلمية – الإدارية – الأخلاقية) تم صياغتها في مقياس لرص هذه المشكلات في الواقع. وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة مماثلة لعينة استطلاع الرأي بلغت عددها (86) مشارك بمصر والسعودية. وتمثلت أهم النتائج في أن عدد المشكلات الموجودة بالفعل (39) مشكلة بنسبة (75%) من مجموع المشكلات؛ بينما عدد المشكلات الموجودة في حد ما (11) مشكلة وبنسبة (21%)، بينما توجد عدد المشكلات التي بدرجة قليلة (2) مشكلة أرقام (22، 51) وبنسبة (3.85%)، بينما جاء ترتيب المشكلات من حيث وجودها أكثر بالترتيب (العلمية، الإدارية، الأخلاقية). كما تناول البحث الفروق بين (النوع، والجنس، الدرجة العلمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة) في المشكلات التي تم رصدها وكانت النتائج كلها غير دالة، أي المشكلات موجودة معظمها بدرجة كبيرة ولدى الجميع وتم مناقشة النتائج وعرض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.

|b The research aims to identify the problems of scientific research in the field of educational psychology and the percentage of its prevalence in some faculties of education in Arab universities. The researcher applied an opinion poll to a sample of faculty members, their assistants, and researchers in the field of educational psychology, whose number was (62) participants via (Google form) from the faculties of education in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, by asking a question about (What are the problems of scientific research in the field of educational psychology? The results were represented in (52) problems distributed over three components (scientific - administrative - ethical) that were formulated in a scale to monitor these problems in reality. The scale was applied to a sample similar to the opinion poll sample, which numbered (86) participants in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The most important results were that the number of problems that actually exist (39) are (75%) of the total problems; While the number of problems that exist to some extent (11) problems (21%), while there are the number of problems to a small degree (2) problem numbers (22, 51) and a percentage (3.85%), while the order of problems in terms of their presence is more in order (scientific, administrative, ethical). The research also dealt with the differences between (gender, gender, degree, number of years of experience) in the problems that were monitored, and the results were all insignificant, that is, the problems exist, most of them to a large degree and for everyone. The results were discussed and recommendations and proposed research were presented.
