المستخلص: يقصد بالمشترك اللفظي تعدد معاني الكلمات في اللغة الواحدة؛ أي إن الكلمة تحمل أكثر من معنى وهذه الظاهرة اللغوية قد تشكل نوعا من الصعوبة في عملية الترجمة؛ لذلك على المترجم أن تكون له دراية واسعة في معرفة المشترك اللفظي وعليه أيضا معرفة سياق النص لكي يتمكن من فهم المعنى المقصود وترجمته إلى اللغة الهدف ترجمة صحيحة. في هذه الدراسة الموجزة تناولنا المشترك اللفظي في اللغة الإسبانية وكيفية ترجمته إلى اللغة العربية، فعلى سبيل المثال كلمة (causa) تعني سبب أو دعوى وكلمة (banco) تعني مصرف أو مقعد للجلوس، أي إن ثمة كلمات لديها أكثر من معنى، وهذا ما يطلق عليه بالمشترك اللفظي اللغوي، وهذا التعدد بالمعاني قد يشكل صعوبة في عملية الترجمة من الإسبانية إلى العربية ولاسيما للمترجمين المبتدئين. .إن الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة يكمن في بيان المشترك اللفظي في اللغة الإسبانية وتعريفه ومعنى الكلمات ودور سياق النص في ترجمة الكلمات ذات المعاني المتعددة. ينقسم البحث إلى جزئيين: الجزء الأول جانب نظري عن ظاهرة المشترك اللفظي في اللغة الإسبانية والجزء الثاني جانب تطبيقي عن كيفية ترجمة تلك الكلمات داخل النص مع الأمثلة وترجمتها للعربية لبيان تمييز معاني الكلمة الواحدة. ومن النتائج المهمة التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة الموجزة أن سياق النص مهم جدا في عملية فهم المشترك اللفظي وترجمته ويساعد على تحديد المعنى المقصود للكلمات ذات المعاني المتعددة.

La polisemia de los signos lingüísticos puede ser de carácter léxico, morfológico y sintáctico. Nos interesa en este estudio la polisemia léxica que es un fenómeno lingüístico que existe en la mayoría de las lenguas del mundo. Es, sin ninguna duda, un universal semántico inherente a la estructura fundamental del lenguaje y dentro de cada lengua. Consiste en que solo signo ligústico simple o complejo pueda tener varios significados, es decir, una sola palabra tiene más de un significado. La polisemia es fenómeno importante para la traducción porque la polisemia puede ser un obstáculo para comprender el texto de la lengua original. De aquí se pone de relieve de la importantica de este breve estudio acerca de la polisemia en la lengua español y su traducción al árabe. En este breve trabajo se explica cómo los traductores pueden comprender las palabras polisémica léxicas dentro de una frase o de un texto, consiste en dos partes, la primera parte, presenta, en resumen, un marco teórico acerca de la polisemia. La segunda partes explica detalladamente cómo se traducen las palabras polisémicas dentro del texto.

Homonym means the multiplicity of meanings of words in one language, i.e., a word carrying more than one meaning. This linguistic phenomenon may pose a kind of difficulty in the translation process. Therefore, the translator must have extensive knowledge of homonyms and the context of the text to understand the intended meaning and translate it into the target language correctly. In this brief study, we discussed homonyms in the Spanish language and how to translate them into the Arabic language. For example, the word (causa) means a cause or a suit, and the word (banco) means a bank or a seat for sitting. That means there are words with more than one meaning, which is called linguistic homonymy. The multiplicity of meanings may pose a difficulty in the translation process from Spanish into Arabic, especially for novice translators. The main goal of this study lies in explaining homonymy in the Spanish language, its definition, the meanings of words, and the role of the text context in translating words with multiple meanings. The research is divided into two parts: the first part is a theoretical aspect about the phenomenon of homonymy in the Spanish language, and the second part is an applied aspect about how to translate those words within the text with examples and translate them into Arabic to demonstrate the distinction in meanings of a single word. One of the important findings that we reached through this brief study is that the context of the text is very important in the process of understanding and translating verbal homonyms and helps determine the intended meaning of words with multiple meanings This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
