المستخلص: The study aims to identify the extent to which school female Managers have exercised emotional intelligence skills from the point of view of female teachers in Al-Mithnab Governorate. It also aims to find out whether there were statistically significant differences in school female Managers' exercise of emotional intelligence skills, among the study sample, attributable to variables of (academic qualification, years of experience, and school stage); . The study used the descriptive correlational method, and it used the questionnaire in information collection. The sample of the study was randomly selected, in terms of (264) teachers. The most important results of the study include the degree of practice of the female Managers of the schools of emotional intelligence skills, from the point of view of female teachers, in Al-Mithnab Governorate, was very high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the female teachers about the practice of the school female Managers for emotional intelligence skills due to the different qualifications of the female teachers. Those with less than 5 years of experience are the highest groups with positive responses on the emotional intelligence level of their female Managers, followed by the group of 10 years of experience and over, while the lowest groups range from a 5-year experience to less than 10 years. There are no statistically significant differences in the exercise of emotional intelligence skills (total score) among school, female Managers, in Al-Mithnab Governorate, due to the difference in the teaching stage of the study sample.

The Theories of Emergency Conditions, Force Majeure and Their Impact on Employment Contracts to the Saudi Labor System (A Comparative Study - Corona Pandemic as a Model) Contracts are an obligation between the two parties, but urgent circumstances or force majeure may make the implementation of the contract exhausting for one or both parties, and impossible due to wars, earthquakes, etc. The Corona pandemic represents a realistic model of these force majeure circumstances, which shed light over the situation on the entire world. In this study, we are concerned with the contracts that constitute the mayor of the economy, and many countries have relied on these two theories to reconsider their labor contracts, and the possibility of their termination, or amendment its obligations. Saudi Arabia; its laws derived from Islamic law, which have dealt with this issue. The importance of this study showed the two theories definitions, their impact on labor contracts, and showed the Kingdom’s role in its legislative contribution, which may benefit other countries. The study aims to introduce labor contracts and the conditions that mitigate or cancel their obligations, the two theories, compared to the Islamic jurisprudence. The study adopts a comparative and analytical approach. The treatment of its secretions according to the two theories is legally acceptable. The Kingdom’s response of enacting legislation that helps to preserve the rights of the contract. The recommendations of the study is the enactment of a law on the exceptional circumstances that interfere with the work contract.
