المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة القريات للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين انفسهم وقد حاولت هذه الدراسة الاجابة عن الاسئلة التالية : السؤال الأول: ما درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة القريات للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم؟" السؤال الثاني: "هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ( = ٠,٠٥) بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة القريات للمهارات القيادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم ، تبعاً لاختلاف متغيرات التخصص، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والجنس؟". وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية في محافظة القريات ، والبالغ عددهم (٩٨٦) معلما ومعلمة حسب إحصائيات مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة القريات للعام الجامعي ١٤٣١هـ / ١٤٣٢هـ منهم ( ٥١٢ ) معلما و ( ٤٧٤) معلمة ، يتوزعون على ( ٥٤ ( مدرسة للذكور والاناث بالتساوي ،. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( ٢٥٩ ) معلما ومعلمة ويشكلون ما نسبته ( ٢٦،٢٧ %) من مجتمع الدراسة.

The study aimed at finding out the degree of practicing theleadership skills among secondary school principals in Al- Qurrayyat governorate from the secondary schools teachers 'point of view. This study tried to answer the following questions: Question No.1: "To what extent do the secondary school principals in Al-Qurrayyat practice the leadership skills according to their teachers' point of view? ∞0.005) at Question No.2:"Are there significant differences ( statistical the level of the sample' estimations in Al-Qurrayyat governorate according to the differences of the study variables(experience, qualifications and gender)?. The population of the study consisted of all secondary teachers in Al-Qurrayyat governorate. The number of the sample consisted of (986) teachers male and female (512)male teachers and (474)female teachers in (54) schools for both boys and girls schools in the academic year 1432/1433AH, according to the statistics of the of Directorate of Education in Al-Qurrayyat governorate. The sample of this study consists of (259) teachers male and female which equals (26,27%) from the population of the study. In order to answer the questions of the study, the researcher used a tool that has been validated through presenting it to a group of specialized referees who numbered(10) and finding out the tool reliability through the computation of the coefficient through using Kronbakh Alfa to know harmony in the paragraphs, whereas the coefficient of validity for the axes reached between (0,83-0,90) and the value of the coefficient for the whole questionnaire(0,91) and all are accepted values for the conducting of the study.
