|a تأتي هذه الدراسة التي تسعى إلى تحقيق هدف رئيس؛ وهو التعرف على استخدام المتخصصين في مجال المعلوماتية تقنيات الاتصال وقاعة اليسير للمكتبات للتعليم عن بعد المعتمدة على تقنية الاتصال عن بعد Webinar، من حيث التأثير الإيجابي أو السلبي لها، من أجل التعرف على الواقع الفعلي لاستخدامهم ورويتهم لهذه اللقاءات والمحاضرات كأحد قنوات الاتصال والتدريب عن بعد، حيث تعد مشاركة المعرفة حجر الزاوية في الاتصال العلمي بين الباحثين بصفة عامة والمتخصصين في مجال المعلوماتية بصفة خاصة، وتحاول هذه الدراسة طرح رؤية جديدة، تلقي الضوء على أهمية استخدام المتخصصين في مجال المعلوماتية تقنيات الاتصال عن بعد وقياس معدل الإفادة منها.

|b In achieving its main objective, the present study attempts to identify the positive and negative effects of informatics specialists’ use of communication technologies and Alyaseer distance learning room which utilises Webinar; a telecommunication-based technology. This is done in order to identify the actual reality of specialists’ use and view of these meetings and sessions as one of the communication and distance learning channels. The sharing of knowledge is considered the cornerstone in scientific communication between researchers in general and information technology specialists in particular. The present study attempts to put forward a new vision that highlights the importance of using remote communication technologies by specialists in the field Informatics and that evaluates their utilisation rates.
