|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الإدارة الإبداعية في مرحلة رياض الأطفال (الواقـع والمأمول) ومعرفة مهارات القائد الإداري المبدع والوقوف على مبادئ ممارسـة الإدارة الإبداعية وأهم المعوقات التي تتمثل في تدني الأساليب الإدارية والإبداعية والجمود الإداري ونقص المرونة في اتخاذ القرارات الافتقار إلى تطوير البرامج التدريبية وسبل التغلب عليها وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية لدى المديرين، وتم اخذ عينة عشوائية قوامها (٣٠) مديرا (١٣٨)، معلمة وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وصممت استبانة كأداة للدراسة وقد أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث أن: ا-الإدارة الإبداعية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال تمارس عملية الإبـداع ولكن بدرجة متوسطة. ٢. كما يتضح من النتائج وجود معوقات لممارسة الإدارة الإبداعية لدى المديرين.

|b This research aims to study creative management in the kindergarten stage (Reality and aspiration), learn the skills of a creative managerial leader and stand on the principles of creative Which isrepesented in the decline in administrative and creative methods, administrative stagnation, lack of development of trining programs management practice and the most important obstacles and ways to overcome them are the development of the creative abilities of managers. A random sample of (30) managers and (138) teachers was taken. The descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was designed as a tool for the study. The results of this research showed that: 1_ Creative management in the kindergarten stage practices the creative process, but with a medium degree. 2- as evidenced by the results of obstacles to the practice of creative management among managers.
