المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تطوير الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات على ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (١٠٠) معلمة من معلمات الروضة، وأوضحت نتائج البحث ما يلي: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين (متطلبات تحقيق مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدورها في تطوير الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات على ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية) طبقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وبين (واقع دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تطوير الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات على ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، متطلبات تحقيق مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدورها في تطوير الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات على ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية) طبقا لمتغير نوع الروضة، وأوصى البحث بضرورة عقد المنتديات العلمية التي تمكن المعلمة من التعرف على كل ما هو جديد في مجال المهنة، وضرورة توفير الدورات التدريبية التي تساعد المعلمة على التفاعل مع المستحدثات التكنولوجية بشكل منتظم مما يساعد في إكسابها المهارات اللازمة لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة ضم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إلى الأساليب التقليدية للتعلم من أجل تطوير أداء المعلمة، وضرورة توفير العديد من التطبيقات التشاركية التي تتيح للمعلمة المشاركة والتفاعل في بيئة التحول الرقمي.

The aim of the current research is to identify the role that social media plays in developing the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers and the teacher's point of view in light of some demographic changes. The research used the descriptive approach, and the sample of the research consisted of (100) kindergarten teachers, The results of the research revealed the following: There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between (the requirements for achieving social media sites for their role in developing the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers from the teachers ’point of view in light of some demographic variables) according to the years of experience variable, and the reality of the role Social media sites in developing the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers from the teachers ’point of view in light of some demographic variables, the requirements for achieving social media sites for their role in developing the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers from the teachers’ viewpoint in light of some demographic variables (according to the kindergarten type variable, The study recommended the necessity of holding scientific forums that enable the teacher to get acquainted with all that is new in the field of the profession, and the necessity of providing training courses that help the teacher to interact with technological innovations on a regular basis, which helps in providing her with the necessary skills to keep up with technological developments, in addition to the necessity to include communication sites. The social approach to traditional methods of learning in order to develop the performance of the teacher, and the need to provide many participatory applications that allow the teacher to participate and interact in the environment of digital transformation.
