المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية بجمهورية مصر العربية على ضوء خبرات بعض الجامعات الأجنبية، وتم ذلك من خلال تحقق عدد من الأهداف الفرعية، وهي: تعرف واقع إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية في مصر، وتعرف واقع إعداده بكلية التربية في بعض الجامعات الأجنبية بدول المقارنة، وهي: جامعة ميتشجان بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وجامعة موناش بأستراليا، وجامعة المدينة العالمية بماليزيا، وجامعة سنغافورة الوطنية بسنغافورة، ثم تحديد جوانب التحليل المقارن لإعداد المعلم بجامعات الدول المقارنة، وبعد ذلك تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية في مصر على ضوء خبرات بعض الجامعات الأجنبية بدول المقارنة، وتم الاعتماد على مدخل بيرايداي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث الحالي، كما تبلورت نتائج الإطار النظري والتحليل المقارن في وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير إعداد المعلم بكليات التربية بجمهورية مصر العربية لمواجهة التحديات التربوية المعاصرة، كما تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات المقترحة كان من أهمها: استحداث بعض المقررات التي تسهم مساهمة فعالة في تثقيف الطالب/المعلم وتحسين أدائه، بالإضافة إلى تدريبه على توظيف الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التدريس والاستخدام الفعال للتقنيات التكنولوجية حتى يتمكن من توظيفها في مجال التدريس مستقبلا، فضلا عن المراجعة الدورية لبرامج الإعداد وتطوير المناهج والمقررات الدراسية بها بحيث تتناسب مع تغيرات العصر ومتطلبات التنمية والجودة الشاملة وتكون قادرة على الوفاء باحتياجات المجتمع المصري، مع التأكيد على احتوائها للمهارات والكفايات اللازمة للمعلم ليتمكن من مواجهة تحديات المستقبل ومسايرة المستجدات التربوية والمعرفية، وتعزيز آليات الشراكة بين كلية التربية ومدارس التعليم العام في مجال التربية العملية، لتطوير محتوى التربية العملية وأساليبها، ووضع آلية لتنظيم العلاقة مع الخريجين وإعادة تدريبهم لمواكبة المستحدثات المطلوبة.

Research aims to develop a proposed vision for the development of teacher preparation in the faculties of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of the experiences of some foreign universities, and this was done through the achievement of a number of sub-goals, namely: Knowing the reality of teacher preparation at faculties education in Egypt, and knowing the reality of its preparation in the Faculty of Education in some Foreign universities in the comparison countries, namely: University of Michigan in the United States of America, Monash University in Australia, Al-Madinah International University in Malaysia, and National University of Singapore in Singapore, and then identifying aspects of the comparative analysis of teacher preparation in universities of comparative countries, and then provide a proposed concept for the development of teacher preparation at faculties of education in Egypt In light of the experiences of some foreign universities in the comparison countries, the Periday approach was relied upon for its suitability to the nature of the current research. the results of the theoretical framework and the comparative analysis were in developing a proposed concept to develop the teacher’s preparation in the Faculties of Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt to face contemporary educational challenges, and a set of recommendations was also reached The proposal was one of the most important: creating some courses that contribute effectively to student / teacher education and improving its performance, in addition to generating He is interested in employing modern strategies in teaching and the effective use of technological technologies so that he can use them in the field of teaching in the future, as well as periodic review of preparation programs and the development of curricula and curricula in them to suit the changes of the times and the requirements of development and comprehensive quality and be able to meet the needs of the Egyptian society, with emphasis It contains the skills and competencies necessary for the teacher to be able to face future challenges. The result of research that faculties should keep pace with educational and cognitive developments, and strengthen partnership mechanisms between the faculties of Education and general education schools in the field of practical education, to develop practical content and methods, and to establish a mechanism to regulate the relationship with graduates and retrain them to keep up with the required developments.
