المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل طبيعة مبادرات التجديد الذاتي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي، والتعرف على الأسس النظرية لمدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية، مع الوقوف على واقع تطبيق أبعاد هذا المدخل بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر، واستخلاص النتائج المتعلقة بذلك، ومن ثم تقديم بعض الإجراءات المقترحة للإفادة من مدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية في دعم مبادرات التجديد الذاتي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر، ولتحقيق الأهداف السابقة فقد وظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ولقد توصلت إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن مبادرات التجديد الذاتي في مؤسسات التعليم؛ تمثل حلولا اجرائية لمشكلات وحاجات النظام التعليمي الحالية والمتوقعة، علاوة على أن تلك المبادرات تعد بمثابة تبنى للتوجهات المستقبلية الواردة في استراتيجيات تطوير التعليم المطروحة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم في مصر، وأن مدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية يدعم الاتفاق بين الجانب الإداري والقيادي، مع إيجاد ثقافة تنظيمية داعمة للريادة، وإدارة الموارد استراتيجيا، وكل ذلك يمثل المحرك الأساسي لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات التعليمية. ولقد انتهت الدراسة بتقديم بعض الإجراءات المقترحة للمسئولين ومتخذي القرار التربوي، للإفادة من مدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية وأبعاد تطبيقه المتمثلة في القيادة الريادية، والثقافة الريادية، والمرونة التنظيمية، وادارة الموارد البشرية والمادية استراتيجيا، في دعم مبادرات التجديد الذاتي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر.

The study aimed to analyze the nature of Innovation initiatives within pre-university education institutions, to identify the theoretical foundations of the Strategic Entrepreneurship approach, with an examination of the reality of applying the dimensions of this approach in pre-university education institutions in Egypt, And drawback conclusions related to that, then present some proposed measures to benefit from the strategic Entrepreneurship approach in support of Innovation within pre-university education institutions in Egypt, and to achieve the previous objectives, the study employed the descriptive and analytical approach, and it reached conclusions, which are the following: Innovation initiatives within education institutions; represent procedural solutions to the current and expected problems and needs of the educational system, in addition to that these initiatives are considered as adopting the future directions contained in the strategies for developing education proposed by the Ministry of Education in Egypt, and that the strategic Entrepreneurship approach supports the agreement between the administrative and leadership side, while creating a supportive organizational culture For Entrepreneurship, and strategically managing resources, all of which represent the main engine for achieving competitive advantage for educational institutions. The study ended by presenting some suggested Procedures for officials and educational decision-makers, to benefit from the strategic Entrepreneurship approach and its application dimensions represented in entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture, organizational flexibility, and strategically managing human and material resources in support of Innovation initiatives within pre university education institutions in Egypt.
