المستخلص: The city of Kirkuk, one of the most prominent and oldest old Iraqi cities, and one of the founding of the modern Iraqi state columns because of the social, economic and political importance, which play a big role in the stages of urban growth until it became a large city, worthy of studies and planning. This city has suffered like other Iraqi cities by random, and not to follow the planning standards in planning services sites in general and education in particular, because of the political, economic and social conditions experienced by the poor of the city, resulting in the expansion and development of urban Random, so the city needs to scientific studies and the many detailed in this area, hence the importance of this study (spatial analysis services of secondary education in the city of Kirkuk), which will focus on spatial efficiency of the secondary schools (middle and lower secondary) in the city and the appropriateness of the current distribution of elements functional number of schools, students and teaching staff in the neighborhoods of the city of Kirkuk and relying on international and local planning standards.
