المستخلص: يعد موضوع الاستقرار النفسي من المواضيع المهمة وذا فاعلية وأثر كبير في ديمومة حياة الإنسان واستمرارها بالشكل الذي يضمن تحقيق نجاحها وتطورها نحو الأفضل، فمن طبيعة الإنسان البحث عن التوازن، وأن السلوك البشري ككل ينظم بالميل لخفض الاستثارة الناتجة عن التوترات غير السارة. ويعني الاستقرار النفسي قدرة الفرد على التوفيق بين متطلبات الذات والبيئة بما يحقق له التوازن النفسي والشعور بالاطمئنان، وأن أفضل وسيلة لتحقيق الاستقرار النفسي هو أن يحقق الفرد أهدافا تتفق مع إمكانياته المادية والمعنوية، وأن الشخص المستقر نفسيا هو الذي يحقق لنفسه الأهداف الممكنة التحقيق مع التحرر من التخيلات والأوهام ويواجه الواقع عندما تتطلب الضرورة لذلك. ويستهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس الاستقرار النفسي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) إذ تكونت عينة البحث من مدرسي ومدرسات المراحل الثانوية في مدينة تكريت والبالغ عددهم (٨٠) مدرسا ومدرسة بواقع (٤٠) مدرسا و (٤٠) مدرسة، وكانت أداة البحث الاعتماد على مقياس الاستقرار النفسي المعد من قبل (طبيل، علي حسين وآخرون، ٢٠٠٨) والمكون من (٢٨) فقرة وتم استخراج الصدق الظاهري من خلال عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين والبالغ عددهم (٦) وتم استخراج الثبات إذ بلغت قيمته (0.83)، وقد أظهرت النتائج اتصاف مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية بمستوى عال من الاستقرار النفسي، ووجود فرق بين الذكور والإناث في الاستقرار النفسي لصالح المدرسين. وكانت الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي: الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة. T-Test for one، ومربع كاي لإيجاد نسبة اتفاق المحكين على صلاحية فقرات المقياس، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين لمعرفة الفرق بين مستوى الاستقرار النفسي بين الذكور والإناث. ووفقا لنتائج البحث قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Aims to present research to measure the psychological stability among secondary teachers in accordance with the sex variable (Zkor - females) as sample consisted search of teachers of secondary schools in the city of Tikrit, totaling (80), a teacher and a school by 40 teachers and 40 schools, and the search tool to rely on prepared by the psychological stability scale (Tubail, Ali Hussein, et al., 2008). The component (28) items were extracted virtual honesty through vulnerable group of arbitrators totaling (6) were extracted stability as worth (0.83), and results showed Atsaf secondary teachers with a high level of psychological stability, and the existence of a difference between males and females in the psychological stability for the benefit of teachers. ccant statistical methods used in this research are: Altaia test of one sample. T-Test for one, and chi square to find the proportion of Mahkin agreement on the validity of the paragraphs of the scale, and Altaia test for two independent samples to see the difference between the level of psychological stability between males and females. According to the results of research researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
