|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع نظم المعلومات الإدارية وعلاقتها في نجاح الرقابة الاستراتيجية لدى مؤسسات الإقراض في قطاع غزة، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة مستخدما أسلوب المسح الشامل نظرا لصغر حجم المجتمع، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في أعضاء (مجلس الإدارة، المدراء التنفيذيين، مدراء الفروع، وموظفي الإقراض)، وبلغ مجتمع الدراسة (112) مفردة، وتم توزيع (112) استبانة، وكانت نسبة الاسترداد (100 %). أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية متوسطة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية والرقابة الاستراتيجية. أهم توصيات هذه الدراسة ضرورة قيام الإدارة العليا لدى مؤسسات الإقراض في قطاع غزة بخلق آليات حديثة من أجل تطوير نظم المعلومات الإدارية بشكل يساهم في تقديم معلومات مناسبة حسب الكم والنوع.

|b This study aimed to identify the Management information systems and its relation to the success of strategic control for the lending institutions in the Gaza Strip. The researcher used descriptive analytical approach where the questionnaire was designed as the study tool using the comprehensive survey method due to the small study population. The study population consisted of (Board of Directors, Executives Managers, Branch Managers, Employees of Loans), and it consisted of (112) items, (112) questionnaires were distributed with response rate (100%).The most important results showed that there is a moderate positive relationship between Management information systems and strategic control. The study recommended the need for the senior management of lending institutions in the Gaza Strip to create modern mechanisms for developing management information systems in a way that contributes to providing appropriate information according to quantity and quality.
