المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى علاقة الأبعاد المؤسساتية والتي تعكسها الإصلاحات المؤسسية وجودتها والإصلاحات الاقتصادية والتي تمثلها متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي، وباستخدام مقاربة اختبار ARDL تم دراسة أثر الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والهيكلية والمؤسساتية على البطالة في الجزائر وكيف أسهمت جل هذه الإصلاحات في تحقيق توازن سوق العمل، وتوصلنا إلى وجود تأثير بين كل من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية والإصلاحات المؤسسية والهيكلية على البطالة في المدى الطويل والمدى القصير بينما وجدنا تأثير سالب لدعم الحكومي وهو ما يبرز للأبعاد المؤسساتية دور كبير في دعم أسواق العمل بالجزائر.

The objective of this paper is to know the elationship between the institutional dimensions, which are reflected by the institutional and quality reforms and the economic reforms represented by the macroeconomic variables we can use ARDL methodology to the impact of economic, structural and institutional reforms on unemployment in Algeria and how most of these reforms contributed to achieving the balance of the labor market. There is an impact between economic and institutional and structural reforms on unemployment in the long and short term, while we find a negative impact of government support, which highlights the institutional dimensions a major role in supporting labor markets Algeria.

L'objectif de cet article est de connaître le lien entre les dimensions institutionnelles, reflétées par les réformes institutionnelles et qualitatives et les réformes économiques représentées par les variables macroéconomiques, nous pouvons utiliser la méthodologie ARDL pour l'impact des réformes économiques, structurelles et institutionnelles sur le chômage en Algérie et comment la plupart de ces réformes ont contribué à l’équilibre du marché du travail. Il y a un impact entre les réformes économiques et institutionnelles et structurelles sur le chômage à long et à court terme, tandis que nous constatons un impact négatif du soutien gouvernemental, qui met en évidence les dimensions institutionnelles un rôle majeur dans le soutien des marchés du travail en Algérie.
