المستخلص: موضوع البحث: يدور حول الأسرة في الإسلام ووسائل حمايتها في الشريعة الإسلامية، وفي غيرها من القوانين الوضعية، ومن خلال المقارنة يتضح لنا أن الشريعة أولت الأسرة العناية الفائقة باعتبارها اللبنة التي يقوم عليها المجتمع كله، ولذا اعتبر حمايتها من المقاصد الضرورية. أهداف البحث: بيان عناية الشريعة الإسلامية الفائقة بهذه الأسرة في إطارها المادي والثقافي والفقهي، بجانب ذكر الأدلة التي تبين عناية الفقه الإسلامي بالأسرة، من خلال المهددات التي تجابهها، والتدابير التي اتخذها للمحافظة على نظامها ورسالتها، وكذلك التركيز في الأسس المكينة التي تقوم عليها الأسرة نحو الزواج والعلاقة بين الزوجين، كما هدف البحث إلى بيان المشكلات التي تواجه الأسرة مع اقتراح الحلول لها من شريعتنا الغراء. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الموضوعي. أهم النتائج: التعاون في التبصير بما يقوم به أعداء القيم الفاضلة من دعاة التنوير وكتاب التزييف، وأن حل مشكلات الأسرة يكمن في الإسلام فقط، وكذلك نبه البحث إلى أن المقياس الحقيقي للنفوذ الغربي لا يقاس بالغزو العسكري، وإنما التغلغل والغزو على النطاق المجتمعي. أهم التوصـيات: وجوب إنشاء المراكز والهيئات التي ترعى الأسرة في كل المجالات، بجانب العناية الفائقة بالتربية والتعليم، والإعلام باعتبارهما من أهم الوسائل التي استخدمها الغرب لإفساد الأسرة المسلمة مع ضرورة دراسة المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان دراسة متعمقة، ومقارنتها بإرثنا الإسلامي في جانب الأسرة لإبراز القوة في شريعتنا.

This research addresses the family in Islam and the means to protect it in Islamic Sharia law, and in other secular laws. By comparison it becomes clear to us that the Islamic law gives the family the utmost care as the building block upon society as a whole, and therefore considered its protection as of its the necessary intentions. The research aims to: Show the high attention of the Islamic law in the family within its material, cultural and juristic aspect, along with mentioning the evidence that shows the care of Islamic jurisprudence with the family, through the threats the family faces, and the measures it has taken to maintain its system and mission, as well as focus on the strong foundations of the family like marriage and the relationship between the spouses. The research also, aims to show the problems facing the family with proposing solutions from our glorified Islamic law. In order to reach the desired results, the research follows inductive, subjective analyzing methodology. The research concluded some important results and recommendations as follows: cooperation in spreading awareness against what the enemies of virtues of so called advocates of Enlightenment and writers of false, and explain that the solution to the family's problems lies in Islam only. The research also draws attention that the true measure of Western influence is not evaluated by military conquest, rather by its violation and invasion to Islamic societies. As for the recommendations presented in the research, they can be summarized in the following: The necessity of establishing centers and bodies that take care of the family in all fields, besides the high care in discipline, education, and media as one of the most important means used by the West to destroy the Muslim family, with the need to deep study of international charters of human rights and compare them with our Islamic heritage in the field of the family to show the strength in our Islamic Sharia law.
