المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه قائدات مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية في تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية؛ وذلك لتحقيق التعليم الأمثل وتوفير كافة الأساليب الحديثة التي تساهم في نهوض المؤسسات التعليمية في المملكة العربية السعودية. تم إجراء هذه الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات على استخدام أداة الاستبانة، وشملت بعض من منسوبات التعليم في منطقة الجوف، متمثلا في بمجتمع بلغ حجمه (2.979)، عينة بلغ حجمها (372) مشاركة. أفادت هذه الدراسة بأن هناك نسب عالية من المشاركات تشير إلى وجود معوقات شخصية وكذلك إدارية تعيق عملية تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية في البيئة التعليمية. تتفاوت آراء غالبية المشاركات في الدراسة الحالية حول المعوقات الشخصية في تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية ولكن تتضح بأن إجابات الغالبية كان حول المعوق الشخصي الرئيسي هو توتر العلاقات بين القائدة والعاملات في المؤسسة التعليمية، وجاءت باقي المعوقات الشخصية الأخرى بنسب متقاربة. تظهر نتائج الدراسة بأن المعوق الإداري في تطبيق القيادة الإبداعية التي اتفق عليه معظم المشاركات هو غياب الدعم المادي والمعنوي للقيادات المبدعة يليه المعوقات الإدارية الأخرى بنسب متقاربة. أوصت الدراسة على ترسيخ مفهوم الإبداع وأهمية تطبيقه في المؤسسة التعليمية وذلك لنشر ثقافة التفكير الإبداعي والعمل بصورة مستمرة على نشر ثقافة العمل بروح الفريق الوحد لإحداث تغييرات إبداعية مثمرة بدعم من وزارة التعليم.

This study aims to identify the most prominent challenges facing the leaders of elementary schools in the application of creative leadership in the educational environment in order to achieve optimal education and provide all modern methods that contribute to the advancement of the educational institution in Saudi Arabia. This study was conducted using the descriptive-analytical method. It relied on the use of the questionnaire tool and included some of the educational levels in the Al-Jouf region as an exploratory study, represented by teachers, educational leaders and supervisors of education in a community size (2.979) and a sample size (372) respondents. The study indicated that creative leadership is not effective in the educational institution as desired. It noted that there are high rates of respondents indicate that there are personal as well as administrative obstacles that hinder the application of creative leadership in the educational environment. The majority of participants in the current study differ on the personal obstacles in the application of creative leadership, but it is clear that the majority of the answers were about the main personal disability is the tension between the leaders and workers in the educational institution, and the other personal obstacles came in close proportions. The results of the study show that the administrative obstacle in the application of creative leadership, which was agreed upon by most participants in the absence of financial and spiritual support for creative leaders, followed by other administrative obstacles in close proportions.
