يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الاندماج الاجتماعي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح والثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية. في ضوء هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفروض التالية توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاندماج الاجتماعي ومستوى الطموح لدى لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاندماج الاجتماعي والثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الطموح والثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية، يمكن التنبؤ بالاندماج الاجتماعي في ضوء مستوى الطموح والثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي "أسلوب الدراسات المسحية"، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث في يتمثل مجتمع البحث في لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية بمحافظة سوهاج، وقد قام الباحث باختيار الألعاب الجماعية والمتمثلة في (كرة القدم -كرة الطائرة -كرة اليد -كرة السلة)، كما قام الباحث باختيار الأندية التي تقع في نطاق المحافظة والتي تشارك في الألعاب الجماعية بالدوري الممتاز ودوري الدرجة الأولى والثانية، وقد قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية والبالغ قوامها (١١٤) لاعبا. واستخدم الباحث لجمع البيانات مقياس الاندماج الاجتماعي (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس مستوى الطموح ومقياس الثقة بالنفس. وكانت من أهم النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة إحصائيا بين الاندماج الاجتماعي ومستوى الطموح والثقة بالنفس لدى لاعبي بعض الرياضات الجماعية، وكانت من أهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بالاندماج الاجتماعي لما له من دور فعال في تحقيق معدلات أداء عالية للاعبي الفرق الجماعية.
The research aims to investigate the relationship between social integration and its association with the levels of ambition and self-confidence among players of certain team sports. Based on the research objective, the researcher formulated the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant correlation between social integration and the level of ambition among players of certain team sports; there is a statistically significant correlation between social integration and self-confidence among players of certain team sports; there is a statistically significant correlation between the level of ambition and self-confidence among players of certain team sports. Social integration can be predicted based on the levels of ambition and self-confidence among players of certain team sports. The researcher employed a descriptive approach, specifically the method of survey studies. The study population comprises players in various team sports in Sohag Governorate. The researcher chose team games such as football, volleyball, handball, and basketball. The researcher also selected the clubs located within the governorate that participate in team games in the Premier League and the first and second-division leagues. The researcher also randomly selected the research sample, which consisted of (114) players. The researcher employed the social integration scale (developed by the researcher), the ambition level scale, and the self-confidence scale to gather data. Among the key findings was a statistically significant direct correlation between social integration and the levels of ambition and self-confidence among players of certain team sports. A significant recommendation arising from the study underscores the importance of prioritizing social integration due to its pivotal role in enhancing performance levels for team players.
