استهدف البحث إلى وضع برنامج مقترح لتدريب وصقل الإداري الرياضي بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط، واعتمد البحث على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وأشتمل على (٢) محاور أساسية لاستمارة استبيان تحديد متطلبات سوق العمل للإداري الرياضي (جوانب إدارية، جوانب مالية وقانونية، جوانب فنية)، و(4) محاور أساسية لاستمارة البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لتدريب وصقل الإداري الرياضي بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط ونشمل (محتوى البرنامج، المكان والزمان والتوقيت اللازم لتنفيذ البرنامج، القائمين على التدريب بالبرنامج، الأساليب الإجرائية لتنفيذ وتقويم البرنامج التدريبي) وتم إجراء المعاملات العلمية للمقياس وأتسم بصدق وثبات مقبولين، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وبلغت عينة البحث (٣٥٠) إداري رياضي من الإداريين الرياضيين بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط، والخبراء المتخصصين في مجال الإدارة الرياضية بكليات التربية الرياضية. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث وضع برنامج مقترح لتدريب وصقل الإداري الرياضي بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط.
This research aims to formulate a comprehensive program designed to enhance the training and refinement of sports administrators in the youth centres in the Assiut governorate. The research relied upon the application of a questionnaire, serving as the primary instrument for data collection. The questionnaire encompassed (2) axes to identify the labor market requirements for sports administrators, covering administrative, financial and legal aspects and technical aspects. It also included (4) axes for the proposed training program to train and refine sports administrators in youth centres in the Assiut governorate. It included program content, location, time frame, training personnel, implementation and evaluation methods. The questionnaire was validated through scientific scrutiny, confirming its reliability and validity. The researcher employed a descriptive methodology. The research sample consisted of (350) sports administrators from youth centres within the Assiut governorate and sports management specialists from physical education faculties. Among the pivotal outcomes of the study, the most significant finding was the development of a proposed training program aimed at refining and training sports administrators in youth centres located in the Assiut governorate.
