المشكلة: تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي ما القيم الثقافية التي تعكسها قصص الأطفال المصرية والألمانية؟ الأهداف: التعرف على شكل القصة المقدمة في قصص الأطفال المصرية والألمانية عينة الدراسة، ورصد طرق تحقيق الهدف في القصص المصرية والألمانية، والتعرف على نوعية المضمون في القصص، والتعرف على شكل الصراع في القصص المصرية والألمانية عينة الدراسة، والتعرف على شخصية البطل في القصص المصرية والألمانية، وكشف القيم الثقافية من قيم سياسية ونظرية وجمالية واجتماعية ودينية واقتصادية الواردة في القصص عينة الدراسة. النوع والمنهج: دراسة وصفية استخدمت منهج المسح الإعلامي بالعينة. العينة: تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 33 قصة من قصص الأطفال المصرية والألمانية منهم 18 مصرية من ثلاث سلاسل لقصص الأطفال من الهيئة العامة للكتاب، و 15 قصة ألمانية من الموقع الإلكتروني http://www.familie.de/kind/maerchen-geschichte/gute-nacht geschichten الأدوات: استمارة تحليل مضمون من إعداد الباحث. النتائج: اعتمدت كلا من القصص المصرية والألمانية على النص المكتوب والمرسوم معا في جميع القصص عينة الدراسة، أهم القيم السياسية التي ركزت عليها عينة القصص المصرية قيمة الانتماء للوطن، ثم احترام الرأي الأخر ثم الشورى، بينما ركزت عينة القصص الألمانية على قيمة احترام الرأي الأخر ثم المساواة ثم قيمة الانتماء للوطن ثم الحرية، أهم القيم الجمالية التي قامت القصص المصرية بتدعيمها هي الحس والتذوق الجمالي، وكذلك المناظر الطبيعية الخلابة والنظافة وحسن المظهر والمحافظة على البيئة، بينما قامت القصص الألمانية بتدعيم المناظر الطبيعية الخلابة والحس والتذوق الجمالي والنظافة وحسن المظهر، أهم القيم الدينية التي قامت القصص المصرية بتدعيمها الرحمة، والإخلاص، والأمانة، بينما قامت القصص الألمانية بتدعيم الرحمة، أهم القيم الاجتماعية التي قامت القصص المصرية بتدعيمها هي حب الأسرة والتسامح والعطف والتعاون والصداقة واحترام العادات والتقاليد، بينما ركزت القصص الألمانية على العطف والصداقة والتسامح. أهم القيم الاقتصادية التي قامت القصص المصرية بتدعيمها هي التفكير الاستثماري وتقدير العمل وإتقانه والادخار، بينما ركزت عينة القصص الألمانية على التفكير الاستثماري وتكافؤ الفرص والقناعة، ركزت عينة القصص الألمانية على قيمة الإنجاز، بينما لم تركز عينة القصص المصرية إطلاقا على القيم النظرية.
Problem: The problem of the study is represented in the following question: What are the cultural values reflected in Egyptian and German children's stories? Objectives: Identify the shape of the story presented in Egyptian and German children's stories, the sample of the study, monitor the methods of achieving the goal in Egyptian and German stories, identify the quality of the content in the stories, identify the form of conflict in Egyptian and German stories, the study sample, and identify the character of the hero in Egyptian and German stories. and revealing the cultural values of political, theoretical, aesthetic, social, religious and economic values contained in the stories of the study sample. Method: A descriptive study that used the media survey method with the sample. Sample: The study sample consisted of 33 Egyptian and German children's stories, including 18 Egyptian stories from three series of children's stories from the General Book Authority, and 15 German stories from the website http://www.familie.de/kind/maerchen- geschichte/gutenachtgeschichten. Tools: Journal of Content analysis by researcher. Results: Both the Egyptian and German stories depended on the written and drawn text together in all the stories. The study sample, the most important political values that the Egyptian stories focused on are the value of belonging to the homeland, then respecting the other opinion and then the consultation, while the German sample of stories focused on the value of respecting the other opinion and then Equality, then the value of belonging to the homeland and then freedom, the most important aesthetic values that the Egyptian stories have strengthened are the aesthetic sense and taste, as well as the beautiful landscapes, cleanliness, good looks and the preservation of the environment, while the German stories have strengthened the picturesque landscapes, the most important sense, aesthetic taste, and cleanliness, the most important and good looks.
