المستخلص: This article proposes a review of the geographical imagination in Jean-Marie Le Clezio's novel Alma. This novel falls within the development of Le Clezio's narrative discourse and is characterized by the narrative spatialisation associated with the islands that Le Clezio refered to. The study of Le Clezio's text leads us to focus on geographical space as the main topic that expresses the specificity of the practice of creative writing in Le Clezio's Alma novel. To try to better understand the relationship between spatial space and literary space, We will try to focus, through the geographical-critical approach, on the characteristics of spatial space, which is seen as a means of conducting narrative communication according to the two visions: literary and geographical. From the literary point of view, Jean-Marie Le Clezio's Alma novel (2017) includes a methodology related to the paths that contribute to the analysis of literary reality related to spatial space and its applicability to literary geography. Our study of this literary geography revolves around three distinct themes: the landscape of Mauritius Island, the central role of the family, and, finally, the description of diabolical tyranny. يقترح هذا المقال استعراض التخيل الجغرافي في رواية ألما عند جون ماري لو كليزيو. تدخل هذه الرواية ضمن تطور الخطاب السردي عند لو كليزيو وتتميز بإضفاء الطابع المكاني السردي المرتبط بالجزر التي يتطرق إليها لو كليزيو. تقودنا دراسة نص لو كليزيو إلى التركيز على الفضاء الجغرافي باعتباره الموضوع الأساسي الذي يعبر عن خصوصية ممارسة الكتابة الإبداعية في رواية ألما عند لو كليزيو. ولمحاولة فهم العلاقة بين الفضاء المكاني والفضاء الأدبي بشكل أفضل، سنحاول التركيز، من خلال المنهج الجغرافي النقدي، على خصائص الفضاء المكاني الذي ينظر إليه على أنه وسيلة لإجراء تواصل سردي وفقا للرؤيتين: أدبي وجغرافي. من وجهة النظر الأدبية، تتضمن رواية ألما عند جون ماري لو كليزيو (٢٠١٧) منهجية تتعلق بالمسارات التي تساهم في تحليل الواقع الأدبي المرتبط بالفضاء المكاني وإمكانية تطبيقها على الجغرافية الأدبية. أن دراستنا لهذه الجغرافية الأدبية تدور حول ثلاث موضوعات متميزة: المناظر الطبيعية في جزيرة موريس، الدور المركزي للأسرة، وأخيرا، وصف الاستبداد الشيطاني.

Cet article se propose d'aborder l'imaginaire géographique dans Alma de Jean Marie Le Clezio. Ce roman se situe dans l’évolution du discours narratif leclézien et se caractérise par une spatialisation croissante des formes narratives liées aux îles lecléziennes. L'étude du texte leclézien nous amène à mettre au premier plan l’espace géographique en tant que thème essentiel qui exprime la spécificité de la pratique de l'écriture créative dans Alma de Le Clézio. Pour essayer de mieux cerner le rapport entre espace et littérature, nous allons nous focaliser, à travers une approche géocritique, sur les spécificités de l'espace qui se considère comme un moyen de communication mise en contexte en fonction des deux univers : littéraire et géographique. D’un point de vue littéraire, le roman d'Alma de Jean-Marie Le Clézio (2017) suppose de faire passer à la géographie littéraire les processus qui concourent à l'analyse du fait littéraire dans l’espace. L’examen de cette géographie littéraire peut porter sur trois thèmes distincts : les paysages de l'île Maurice, la centralité de la famille, et enfin la description de la tyrannie diabolique.
