تقنية المعلومات من الأساليب المعاصرة التي تهدف إلى توفير المعلومات للجهات المستفيدة بدقة عالية وبالوقت المناسب. وعلى الرغم من تعدد الجهات المستفيدة من مخرجاتها، إلا إن رأس المال الفكري والمتمثل بالإفراد الذين لديهم المقدرة على التفكير والتحليل والإبداع فضلا عن متخذي القرار هم أكثر الفئات استفادة من مخرجات هذه التقنيات التي يمكن أن تسهم في رفع مستوى أدائهم. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الدور المهم الذي تجسده تقنية المعلومات في تنمية رأس المال الفكري، وقد أجري البحث ميدانيا في شركة التأمين الوطنية/فرع البصرة، وعلى عينة مكونة من (35) مفردة من مجتمع البحث المكون من (68) مفردة من مدراء الأقسام والعاملين، وتم الاستعانة باستمارة استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض تضمنت (26) سؤالا حول استخدام تقنية المعلومات في المنظمة قيد البحث، كما اعتمد البحث على فرضية رئيسة مفادها "توجد علاقة وأثر ذو دلالة معنوية بين تقنية المعلومات ورأس المال الفكري". توصل البحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات أهمها أن رأس المال الفكري هم النخبة المتميزة من الموارد البشرية التي تمتلك القدرة على التفكير والإبداع من خلال توظيف تقنية المعلومات، فيما وضعت مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة استخدام تقنية المعلومات لرفع وتحسين مستوى الأداء في المنظمة قيد البحث وتعزيز مهارات رأس المال الفكري فيها.
Information technology is a contemporary method that aims to provide information to the beneficiaries in high accuracy and in a timely manner. Despite the multiplicity of beneficiaries of its outputs, the intellectual capital of the individuals who have the ability to think, analysis and creativity as well as decision makers are the most benefit from the outputs of these technologies, which can contribute to raising the level of performance. The current research aims to identify the important role embodied by information technology in the development of intellectual capital. The field research was carried out by the National Insurance Company / Basrah Branch. The survey method was used for the research community consisting of (68) individual department managers and employees. A questionnaire designed for this purpose included 26 questions on the use of information technology in the organization in question. The research also relied on a main hypothesis that "there is a significant relationship and effect between information technology and intellectual capital." The research reached a number of conclusions, Intellectual is the elite It is distinguished from the human resources that have the ability to think and innovate through the employment of information technology. A number of recommendations have been developed, the most important of which is the need to use information technology to raise and improve the level of performance in the organization in question and enhance intellectual capital skills.
