المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين أداء العمليات وبين نظام التصنيع بالاستجابة السريعة كمتغير معتمد. وتم تطوير استمارة استبيان للتأكد من وجود علاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة. بالاعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل، تم توزيع (60) استمارة استبيان على العاملين في الشركة العامة للصناعات الجلدية / معمل رقم (7)، وتم تحليل بياناتها باستخدام برنامج (AMOS V.24, SPSS V.24, Excel 2010). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك وجود علاقة إحصائية بين أداء العمليات، وبين تطبيق نظام التصنيع بالاستجابة السريعة. لذلك فإن المعمل بحاجة إلى التأكيد على تحسين أداء العمليات بالاستجابة السريعة. وكانت محددات الدراسة تكمن في صعوبة اختيار وتحديد بهدف تطبيق نظام التصنيع المعمل مجال الدراسة. الآثار العملية أن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة يمكن الإفادة منها عن طريق تحسين أداء العمليات الذي سينعكس على تطبيق نظام التصنيع بالاستجابة السريعة، ومن ثم تزداد فرص المعمل على تحقيق أهدافه وغاياته. وهذه الدراسة تعد أول دراسة تجمع بين المتغيرات الحالية (أداء العمليات، والتصنيع بالاستجابة السريعة) في نموذج فرضي واحد. وهذا يعني عدم وجود نتاج معرفي يحدد العلاقة بين تلك المتغيرات سواء أكانت على مستوى المنظمات العراقية أم غيرها، أم على مستوى الدراسات العربية والأجنبية، وهذا يدل على وجود فجوة معرفية تتعلق بتحديد العلاقة بين تلك المتغيرات، لذلك جاءت الدراسة الحالية لردم تلك الفجوة.

The present study aims to discover the relationship between operations performance and implement a quick response manufacturing system. To achieve the essence of the methodological triangulation, a questionnaire form has been developed to ensure that there is a relationship between the variables of the study. Based on the comprehensive inventory method, 60 questionnaires were distributed to workers in the general company for leather industries / Factory No. 7, and their data were analyzed using AMOS V.24, SPSS V.24, and Excel 2010. The results of the study showed a statistical relationship between the data warehouse, the performance of operations and the implementation of the rapid response manufacturing system. Therefore, the laboratory needs to rely on a data warehouse to support the performance of operations in order to implement the rapid response manufacturing system. The difficulty of selecting and determining the laboratory field of study, in addition to difficulties in obtaining quantitative data, specifically in terms of financial aspects to support the study of cost performance for laboratory considerations. The results of the study can be useful, through the use of data warehouse in the laboratory, which leads to support the performance of operations, which is reflected in the application of the system of rapid response, and thus increase the chances of the laboratory to achieve its goals and objectives. The first study that combines the current variables (Operations performance, and rapid response manufacturing) in one hypothesis model. This means that there is no cognitive product that determines the relationship between these variables, whether at the level of Iraqi organizations or others, or at the level of Arab and foreign studies. This indicates a knowledge gap concerning the relationship between these variables.
