المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور قادة المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب وعلاقته بمشاركتهم بالعمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (١٠٦٧)، واقتصرت عينة الدراسة على (٢٨٣) معلماً من كافة المكاتب التعليمية التابعة لمحافظة بيشة في لمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد طبق الباحث أداة الدراسة المكونة استبيان تم إعداده خصيصاً لهذه الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود تأثير كبير لقادة المدارس في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بيشة من خلال ممارستهم لأدوارهم في مجالات التخطيط، التنظيم، التوجيه، المتابعة والتقويم، وقد جاء المتوسط الكلي لهذا المحور (4.55) بتقدير كبير جداً، أشارت النتائج إلى أن المتوسط الكلي لدرجة مشاركة طلاب المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بيشة في الأعمال التطوعية جاء بقيمة (4.21) وبتقدير كبير جداً وأكبر ما يكون دورهم في المجال التعليمي وأقل ما يكون في المجال الأمني، ومن وجهة نظر المعلمين، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين الدرجة الكلية لتعزيز قيم المواطنة عند الطلاب المتمثلة في (التوجيه، التقويم، المتابعة، التنظيم، التخطيط) والدرجة الكلية لمشاركة الطلاب في الأعمال التطوعية المتمثلة في (المجال التعليمي، المجال الاجتماعي، المجال الصحي، المجال الأمني).

The study aimed to reveal the role of secondary school leaders in Bisha Governorate to enhance the students' citizenship values and their participation in voluntary work from the teacher's point of view. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method where and The study population consist of (1067) and the sample of the study consisted of (283) teachers from all the educational offices in the province of Bisha at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample of the study was chosen according to the random stratified method basing on the teachers' number of secondary schools in each office, The researcher used the study tool, which is a prepared questionnaire, which consists of two main parts: the first includes demographic data such as the scientific qualification, the number of years of experience and the educational office followed by the teacher. The second part contains two major sections: the first one to measure the role of secondary school leaders in Bisha Governorate to enhance the students' citizenship values and the second section measures the degree of student participation in volunteer work.The main results were; the greater the role of school leaders in enhancing the values of citizenship among secondary school students in Bisha governorate, the greater of their participation of students in voluntary work in all fields( social, educational, security and health), there is a positive relationship between the secondary schools leadership and the students participation in the voluntary works and the study reached a group of recommendations such as the need to training of school leaders on the management skills of planning, organization, guidance follow-up and evaluation. To train and qualify teachers to contribute with school leaders in promoting the values of citizenship in all its dimensions to the students and to force school leaders to develop the participation of students in voluntary work in all its social, educational, security and health fields within the framework of the Ministry of Education regulations.
