المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى قلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة إتمام الشهادة الثانوية العامة بمنطقة ترهونة، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة الدراسة، وهل هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين منخفضي قلق المستقبل ومرتفعي قلق المستقبل في مستوى الطموح، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالب وطالبة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الآتية: مقياس قلق المستقبل من إعداد دعاء شلهوب (2016)، ومقياس مستوى الطموح من إعداد هيام عابد (2015). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن مستوى قلق المستقبل لدى عينة الدراسة مرتفع، وأما مستوى الطموح فهو منخفض. وكذلك وجود علاقة سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قلق المستقبل ومستوى الطموح، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مرتفعي قلق المستقبل ومنخفضي قلق المستقبل في مستوى الطموح لصالح منخفضي قلق المستقبل.

"The current study aims to identify the level of future anxiety and the level of ambition among students completing the high school diploma in the Tarhunah region. It also aims to identify the relationship between future anxiety and the level of ambition of the study sample and if there are any statistically significant differences between those with low future anxiety and high future anxiety in the level of ambition? The study sample consisted of (60) male and female students. The researcher used the following tools: the Future Anxiety Scale prepared by Doaa Shalhoub (2016) and the Ambition Level Scale by Hayam Abed (2015). The study arrived at the following results: the level of future anxiety among the study sample is high, and the level of ambition is low. There is also a statistically significant negative relationship between future anxiety and level of ambition. There are significant differences between people with high future anxiety and people with low future anxiety in the level of ambition and in favor of people with low future anxiety.
