"هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الأسباب النفسية التي تؤدي للطلاق في منطقة الداوون بترهونة. وكذلك معرفة الفروق بين المطلقين والمطلقات في طبيعة الأسباب النفسية المؤدية للطلاق. والتعرف على أسباب الطلاق وفقا لمتغير العمر الزمني للمطلقين والمطلقات. أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية تكونت من 42) من المطلقين، منهم 24) ذكور، 18) إناث، واستخدم الباحث استبيان الأسباب النفسية للطلاق، وأظهرت النتائج أن أهم الأسباب النفسية للطلاق كانت حسب الترتيب التالي: الضغط النفسي- السمات الشخصية- سوء العشرة- الحب- عدم التوافق الجنسي، وأن مستوى هذه الأسباب كان مرتفعا بين أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأسباب النفسية بين المطلقين والمطلقات، كذلك إلى عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات الأسباب النفسية للطلاق لدى عينة الدراسة تعزي لمتغير العمر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها مواجهة تنامي هذه الظاهرة، ومنع انتشارها، من خلال إتباع خطوات علمية مدروسة للقضاء على أسبابها، والتخفيف من حدة آثارها، التي باتت تؤرق المجتمع وتهدد بعدم استقراره."
"The study aims to identify the most important psychological causes that lead to divorce in the Dawon area of Tarhuna and know the differences between divorced men and divorced women in the nature of the psychological causes leading to divorce. It also seeks to identify the reasons for divorce according to the variable age of divorced men and women.
