|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى واقع استخدام الخريطة الذهنية التربوية الإدارية لتنفيذ الخطط المدرسية لمديري المدارس الحكومية الأردنية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٦٧٥) مديرا ومديرة من مديري المدارس الحكومية الأردنية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، واستخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت الاستبانة من (٥٨) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات: التعلم والتعليم، وبيئة الطالب، والمدرسة والمجتمع، والقيادة والإدارة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع استخدام الخريطة الذهنية التربوية الإدارية لتنفيذ الخطط المدرسية لمديري المدارس الحكومية الأردنية كان متوسطا في مجالات الدراسة الأربعة جميعها، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a= 0.05) في واقع استخدام الخريطة الذهنية التربوية الإدارية لتنفيذ الخطط المدرسية لمديري المدارس الحكومية الأردنية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة الإداري.

|b This study aimed to identify the reality of using educational administrative mind map to implement school plans among the principals of Jordanian government schools. The study sample consisted of (675) Jordanian government principals both male and female who were selected as a stratified selected sample, and the descriptive survey approach was used. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was developed and its validity and reliability were verified. The questionnaire consisted of (58) items distributed to four fields: learning and teaching, student’s environment, school and community, and leadership and administration. The study results showed that the reality of using educational administrative mind map to implement school plans among the principals of Jordanian government schools was moderate in all four fields of the study. It also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at (0.05=α) in the reality of using educational administrative mind map to implement school plans among the principals of Jordanian government schools that are attributed to the gender, education, and administrative experience.
