يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على معدل استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في المؤسسات الحكومية، والتعرف مستوى تقييم أفراد العينة على استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال داخل المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية، ورصد الوسائل التكنولوجية الاتصالية المستخدمة وغير المستخدمة في المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال على أداء موظفي المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية، ورصد أهم السلبيات والصعوبات الناجمة من استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية، ويهدف إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في ربط المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية بنظائرها في المملكة العربية السعودية، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على مدى استعداد موظفي المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية لتطوير أو تبني توظيف تكنولوجيا الاتصال، والتعرف على مدى تطور أداء موظفي المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية بعد استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في المديرية، ومعرفة الاستخدامات الرئيسية لتكنولوجيا الاتصال التي تعتمد عليها المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية. واعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح بالعينة باستخدام أداة الاستبيان للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة وأهدافها، وقد تم تطبيقه على عينة عمدية قوامها(100) مفردة من موظفي المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية بمكة المكرمة، وانقسم البحث إلى فصلين الفصل الأول شمل الإطار النظري والمنهجي للبحث، وشمل الفصل الثاني عرض نتائج البحث ومناقشته بالإضافة إلى ملخص النتائج النهائية والتوصيات. وتمثلت أهم النتائج في: - كشفت النتائج ارتفاع نسبة استخدام عينة الدراسة لتكنولوجيا الاتصال المقدمة من المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية وذلك بنسبة (100%). -أن الإنترنت أهم وسائل تكنولوجيا الاتصال التي يستخدمها عينة الدراسة في المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية في المرتبة الأولى. -ارتفاع فاعلية الدور الذي تؤديه التكنولوجيا الاتصالية في تطوير أداء العاملين بالمديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية بنسبة (79%). -وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكنولوجيا الاتصال وأداء العاملين بالمؤسسات الحكومية المديرية العامة للشؤون الصحية بمكة المكرمة. التوصيات: -ضرورة اهتمام جميع المديريات العامة للشؤون الصحية في المملكة بتكنولوجيا الاتصال لمساعدتها الواضحة على تطوير أداء العاملين بها. -ضرورة الاهتمام بإجراء البحوث على الموظفين للتعرف على أهمية تكنولوجيا الاتصال لديهم. -إجراء دراسات تتابعية في هذا المجال لمعرفة تطور ودور تكنولوجيا الاتصال المستخدمة في المؤسسات الحكومية.
This research aims to identify the rate of use of communication technology in government institutions, to identify the level of evaluation of the sample members on the use of communication technology within the General Directorate of Health Affairs, and to monitor the communication technological means used and not used in the General Directorate of Health Affairs. It also aims to identify the extent of the impact of communication technology on the performance of the employees of the General Directorate of Health Affairs, and monitoring the most important negatives and difficulties resulting from the use of communication technology in the General Directorate of Health Affairs. It aims to identify the role of communication technology in linking the General Directorate of Health Affairs with its counterparts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also aims to measure the extent of readiness of the General Directorate of Health Affairs employees to develop or adopt the employment of communication technology, identify the extent of the development of the performance of the General Directorate of Health Affairs employees after using communication technology in the Directorate, and know the main uses of communication technology that the General Directorate of Health Affairs relies on. The researcher relied on the sample survey method using questionnaires to reach the results of the study and its objectives, and it was applied on an intentional sample of (100) individual employees of the General Directorate of Health Affairs in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and the research was divided into two chapters, the first chapter included the theoretical and methodological framework of the research. The second chapter included presenting and discussing the research results, in addition to a summary of the final results and recommendations. The most important results were: - The results revealed an increase in the percentage of the study sample's use of communication technology provided by the General Directorate of Health Affairs by (100%). - The Internet is the most important means of communication technology used by the study sample in the General Directorate of Health Affairs in the first place. - An increase in the effectiveness of the role that communication technology plays in developing the performance of employees of the General Directorate of Health Affairs by 79%. - The existence of a statistically significant relationship between communication technology and the performance of employees in government institutions, General Directorate of Health Affairs in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Recommendations: - The need for all General Directorates of Health Affairs in the Kingdom to pay attention to communication technology to clearly help them develop the performance of their employees. - The need to pay attention to conducting research on employees to know the importance of communication technology for them. - Conducting consecutive studies in this field to know the development and role of communication technology used in government institutions.
