المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة تبوك في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لطلبتها في ضوء المتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المستوى الدراسي). استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (920) طالب وطالبة، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية، واختبار (ت) للعينات المستقلة. ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية. واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي، واختبار المقارنات البعدية (LSD) – خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن درجة واقع دور القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة تبوك في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلبتها جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، بمتوسط (2.91)، وبانحراف معياري (0.87)، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة حول الدور المأمول من القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة تبوك لتعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلبتها جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)، بمتوسط (3.77)، وبانحراف معياري (0.92)، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير النوع في البعد الأول والثاني والبعدين مجتمعين بين الذكور والإناث ولصالح الذكور؛ حيث بلغت قيم مستوى الدلالة لكل منها (0.000) وهي قيم أقل من مستوى الدلالة ودالة إحصائيا. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير المستوى الدراسي في البعد الأول والثاني والبعدين مجتمعين حيث بلغت قيم مستوى الدلالة (0.000)، (0.010)، (0.000) على الترتيب وهي قيم أقل من مستوى الدلالة ودالة إحصائيا. ومما أوصت به الدراسة تضمين بنود تعزيز الأمن الفكري في مهام القيادات الأكاديمية المنصوص عليها باللوائح والأنظمة كما أوصت الدراسة بالأخذ مما جاء في الدور المأمول المنصوص عليه في هذه الدراسة، نظرا لأن تقديرات استجابات أفراد العينة كانت كبيرة.

This study aimed at discovering role of the academic leaderships at Tabuk University in strengthen the intellectual security for its students in light of the changes (Social kind, study level). The study used descriptive method. The sample of study consisted of 920 students. After the statistical treatment by using the frequencies and percentages, T-Test for the Independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Arithmetic averages, Standard Deviations, Unilateral variation analysis test, Comparisons posteriori test. the study resulted in that the fact of degree for the role of Academic Leaderships at Tabuk University in strengthen the Intellectual security for its students from the point of view its students males and females is (Medium), the average (2.91) Standard Deviation (0.92), also the study showed that the estimates are high according to members of the study about the hoped role from Academic Leaderships at Tabuk University in strengthen the Intellectual security for its students, The average (3.77), Standard Deviation (0.92). The study showed that there are differences have statistically significant in the average (a = 0.05) between the replies of members of the study accordance with the type variable in the first and second dimension, the two dimension collected between the males and females in favor of males, the significant standard values reached for both (0.000) and it's less value from the statistically significant standard. the study showed that there are differences have statistically significant in the standard (a= 0.05) between the response of members of the study accordance with the study standard variable in the first and second dimension and the two dimensions collected so the significant values reached (0.000), (0.010), (0.000) respectively and it's values less than the statistically significant standard. The recommendations of study inclusion items strengthen the intellectual security in the tasks of academic leaderships which stipulated by the regulations and laws, Taking in consideration the hoped role which is provided in this study because the estimates of sample member's response was large.
