المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من فئات ذات صلة بموضوع الدراسة وهم المديرين والمديرات في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك، أما عينة الدراسة فبلغ عدد مفرداتها (55) فرد تم اختيارهم من مجتمع الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغير الجنس، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تعزي لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة قيام الإدارات العليا في مؤسسات التعليم بتقييم مدى كفاءة وفاعلية في تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة على الأداء، بالإضافة إلى أهمية وضع السياسات والخطط الاستراتيجية لمؤسسات التعليم بحيث تكون الجودة هي المعيار الأساسي لها.

The study aimed to reveal the impact of the application of total quality standards on the performance of principals of public schools in the province of Karak, and the population of the study of the relevant categories of the study are principals and principals in public schools in the governorate of Karak, of the study community. A number of statistical methods were used in analyzing data within the SPSS program such as arithmetic averages and standard deviations, simple regression and multiple regression, in addition to analyzing the critical path to find direct and indirect impact. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the impact of elements of total quality management on improving performance. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need for higher departments in educational institutions to assess the efficiency and effectiveness in applying comprehensive quality standards to performance, in addition to the importance of setting policies and strategic plans for educational institutions so that quality is the primary criterion for them. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the impact of the elements of total quality management on improving performance. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need for higher departments in educational institutions to assess the efficiency and effectiveness in applying comprehensive quality standards to performance, in addition to the importance of setting policies and strategic plans for educational institutions so that quality is the primary criterion for them.
