المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي وأـنماط الاتصال الإداري لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (225) مديرا ومديرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المجال الكلي للذكاء الاجتماعي جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العملي وعدد سنوات الخبرة الإدارية، كما أشارت إلى أن المجال الكلي لأنماط الاتصال الإداري جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أنماط الاتصال الكلي تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أنماط الاتصال الإداري تعزى للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح ذوي مؤهل الدراسات العليا، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أنماط الاتصال الإداري تعزى للخبرة الإدارية ولصالح ذوي مؤهل الخبرة الأعلى، وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤ 0.05) بين الذكاء الاجتماعي وأبعاده وأنماط الاتصال الإداري وأبعاده، أوصت الدراسة في ضوء تلك النتائج بإعداد برامج تدريبية لتنمية الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى العاملين في المجال التربوي خصوصا مديري ومديرات المدارس لإكسابهم قدرات التعامل مع المعلمين والطلاب والفهم الجيد لسلوكياتهم وميولهم واهتماماتهم، لتوجيههم وإرشادهم.

The study aimed to find out the relationship between social intelligence and communication patterns of administrative principals of government schools in the governorate of Karak, and to achieve the goal of the study a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the study sample consisted of (225) principals, and the results showed that the overall extent of the intelligent social came moderately, and the lack of statistically significant differences in the level of social intelligence attributed to the type of social and academic qualification and number of years of administrative experience, as pointed out that the overall patterns of administrative contact came moderately, and the lack of statistically significant differences in communication patterns total attributed to gender, and the existence of statistically significant differences in the communication patterns of administrative attributable to qualified scientific and in favor of those with a qualified graduate, and there were statistically significant differences in the patterns of contact management attributed to the experience of administrative and in favor with qualified experience top, and a positive relationship statistically significant at the significance level (a ≤0.05) between social intelligence and its dimensions and patterns of communication and administrative dimensions. In the light of those results, the study recommended to prepare training programs for the development of social intelligence to those working in the field of education, especially school principals to acquire the capabilities to deal with teachers and students and a good understanding of their behavior and their interests and to guide them.
