The present study aimed to present some of the problems of industrial secondary education management and ways to confront them in light of the principles of Islamic administrative thought, by addressing the concept, objectives and importance of industrial secondary education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and defining the current reality of some of the challenges and problems of industrial secondary education management in the Arab Republic of Egypt, And shed light on the principles of Islamic management thought. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the researcher applied a questionnaire directed to a sample of (464) single members of (managers - mentors - teachers) in industrial secondary education schools. The results of the study resulted in the existence of differences between the responses of the study sample on the axes of the third study (reality - problems - requirements), and there were no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the study sample responses according to years of experience (less than 15 years - more than 15 years) On the three axes of the questionnaire, where the values of t were not statistically significant at a level of significance 0.05, while there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample responses according to the job (manager - instructor - teacher) on the first and third axes of the questionnaire, where the values of a function came Statistically at a significance level of 0.01. It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample responses according to the position (manager - instructor - teacher) on the second axis of the questionnaire, where the value of q was not statistically significant at a significance level of 0.05.
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى عرض بعض مشكلات إدارة التعليم الثانوي الصناعي وسبل مواجهتها في ضوء مبادئ الفكر الإداري الإسلامي وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم وأهداف وأهمية التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في جمهورية مصر العربية، وتحديد الواقع الحالي لبعض تحديات ومشكلات إدارة التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في جمهورية مصر العربية، وإلقاء الضوء على مبادئ الفكر الإداري الإسلامي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الباحثة استبانة موجهة إلى عينة بلغت (٤٦٤) مفردة من (المديرين – الموجهين -المعلمين) بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود الفروق بين استجابات عينة الدراسة حول محاور الدراسة الثالثة (واقع – إشكاليات - متطلبات)، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات استجابات عينة الدراسة حسب سنوات الخبرة (أقل من ١٥ سنة - أكثر من ١٥ سنة) حول محاور الاستبانة الثلاث، حيث جاءت قيم ت غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بينما كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقا للوظيفة (مدير – موجه - معلم) على محوري الاستبانة الأول والثالث، حيث جاءت قيم ف دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01. كما تبين أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقا للوظيفة (مدير – موجه -معلم) على المحور الثاني للاستبانة، حيث جاءت قيمة ف غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05.
