المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقويم برنامج التربية الكشفية في مراحل التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الإسكندرية وذلك من خلال التعرف على: ١- أهداف برنامج التربية الكشفية لمراحل التعليم الأساسي. ٢- طرق تنظيم برنامج التربية الكشفية لمراحل التعليم الأساسي. ٣- محتوى برنامج التربية الكشفية لمراحل التعليم الأساسي. ٤- طرق المتابعة والإشراف على تنفيذ برنامج التربية الكشفية لمراحل التعليم الأساسي. ٥- الإمكانات اللازمة لتنفيذ برنامج التربية الكشفية لمراحل التعليم الأساسي. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، واستخدما الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وشملت العينة على (٦٠) معلم ومعلمة تربية رياضية من محافظة الإسكندرية بمراحل التعليم الأساسي لمعرفة آرائهم، وكانت أهم النتائج: - أن الأنشطة الكشفية تساعد التلاميذ على اكتساب الثقافة الرياضية وتنمية المهارات التي يتعلمها التلاميذ في الدرس عن طريق تنمية وتحسين القدرات البدنية والحركية المرتبطة بهذه المهارات داخل الأنشطة الكشفية، وتعمل البرامج الكشفية على تنمية القيم الدينية والروحية والاجتماعية ولابد أن تزيد الإدارة التعليمية من عدد الاجتماعات الدورية للمدرسين لتوعيتهم وتحفيزهم على إتمام البرامج الكشفية في مدارسهم. وأن التلاميذ يشاركون في معظم اللجان القائمة على تنفيذ أنشطة البرنامج الكشفي (لجنة الجوائز، لجنة تسجيل النتائج، لجنة تنظيم الجدول الزمنى للأنشطة، لجنة الدعاية والأعلام). ومن أهم أغراض أنشطة البرنامج الكشفية هي اكتساب الصحة البدنية والعقلية والبدنية للتلاميذ واكتساب التلاميذ التعاون والعمل المشترك فيما بينهم ومما ينتج عنه تنمية الناحية الاجتماعية. والروحية والرياضية حتى تكون فرقهم قوية أهم التوصيات: لابد من التأكيد على أهمية المشاركة في الأنشطة الكشفية لتفريخ واكتشاف الموهوبين وصقل مهاراتهم. ويجب أن يؤكد على كل إدارة بكل مدرسة بمتابعة تنفيذ أنشطة البرامج الكشفية، والعمل على حل المشكلات التي تواجه المدرسين وتذليلها. ولابد من تخصيص وقت كافي ومحدد لممارسة الأنشطة الكشفية.

The research aims to evaluate the Scout Education program in the basic education stages in Alexandria Governorate by identifying: 1- The aimes of the Scout Education Program for the basic education stages. 2- ways of organizing a scout education program for basic education stages 3- The content of the Scout Education Program for the basic education stages 4- Methods of following up and supervising the implementation of the Scout Education Program for the basic education stages. 5- The necessary capabilities to implement the Scout Education Program for the basic education stages. The researchers used the descriptive approach, and they used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the sample included (60) teachers of physical education from the governorate of Alexandria in the basic education stages to find out their views. The most important results were: Which students learn in the lesson by developing and improving the physical and motor capabilities associated with these skills within the scouting activities. Scouting programs develop religious, spiritual and social values The educational administration must increase the number of regular meetings of teachers to educate them and motivate them to complete the scouting programs in their schools. The students participate in most of the committees responsible for implementing the activities of the scouting program (the Awards Committee, the Committee for Recording Results, the Committee for Organizing the Activities Schedule, the Publicity and Information Committee) One of the most important objectives of the scouting program activities is to acquire the physical, mental and physical health of the pupils, and for the pupils to gain cooperation and joint work among them, which results in the development of the social, spiritual and sports aspect so that their teams are strong The most important recommendations: It must be stressed the importance of participating in scouting activities to incubate and discover talented people and refine their skills. It must emphasize that every administration in every school follows up on the implementation of the activities of the Scouting programs, and works to solve and overcome all problems facing teachers. Sufficient and specific time must be allocated to practice scouting activities.
