520 |a بالإضافة إلى تأثير فيروس كورونا على الجانب الصحي، فإنه قد يرتب آثار قانونية على العلاقات التي تدخل في هذا الجانب، فعلى الرغم من وحدة خصوصية وباء كورونا المتمثلة في سرعة انتشاره وانعدام العلاج له، إلا أن الآثار المترتبة عليه بالنسبة للعقود الدولية، التي تتميز بدورها بخصوصيات عدة في إطار الحرية التعاقدية، تتباين، وذلك راجع لاختلاف الأوضاع المترتبة عن الوباء وصعوبة تكييفها، والتي ترتبط أساسا بطبيعة الإجراءات أو التدابير المتخذة لمنع تفشي الوباء، فضلا عن ذلك اشتراطات العقد، الأمر الذي قد يخلق أوضاع مختلفة التأثير على تنفيذ الالتزامات التعاقدية الدولية لتغير محيطها، وتفرض معطيات عدة تتراوح بين استحالة التنفيذ وبين صعوبته، لذلك تستدعي معالجة هذا الوضع اتخاذ حلول قانونية وعملية موجهة خصيصا لمعالجة تغير الظروف المحيطة بالعقد الدولي بعد دراسة وتكييف كل حالة على حدا. 
520 |d Le virus Corona affecte non seulement le domaine de la santé, mais il peut également avoir des effets juridiques sur les relations qui entrent dans ce domaine, telles que les relations contractuelles internationales. Bien que l'épidémie se caractérise par sa propagation rapide et l'absence de traitement pour celle-ci, les implications pour les contrats internationaux sont différentes, allant de l'impossibilité de la mise en oeuvre à sa difficulté. Cela est dû aux différentes situations résultant de l'épidémie et aux différentes mesures prises pour prévenir la propagation du virus. D'autre part, les différences présentées par les contrats internationaux dans le contexte de la liberté contractuelle. Par conséquent, cette situation nécessite des solutions juridiques et pratiques spécifiquement adaptées pour faire face aux changements de circonstances après avoir prendre en compte la spécificité de chaque cas.
