Abstract: تركز هذه الدراسة على تبيان مكانة التحقيق البرلماني في النظام الدستوري الجزائري باعتباره آلية أساسية وجوهرية تملكها السلطة التشريعية لبسط رقابتها على عمل ونشاط السلطة التنفيذية. وقد سلطنا الضوء على هذا الموضوع قصد قياس مدى فعالية التحقيق البرلماني ومساهمته في تقويم العمل الحكومي، باعتباره أحد أدوات الرقابة التي أقرتها دساتير النظم البرلمانية وأفرزتها التجربة فيها لصالح المجالس التشريعية لتمكينها من الحد من هيمنة وتسلط الجهاز التنفيذي، لاسيما وأن البرلمان من خلاله لا يكتفي بالبيانات والمعلومات التي تزوده بها الحكومة بل يقوم بنفسه ودون أية واسطة بالتحري والاستبيان على صحة هذه المعلومات وتلك البيانات التي تم تقديمها له.

This study focuses on the parliamentary inquiry into Algerian constitutional system as a basic and essential mechanism owned by the legislature to extend its control over the activity and the work of executive branch. We have highlighted on this subject in order to measure the effectiveness of the parliamentary investigation and its contribution to government work, as a tool of control adopted by the constitutions of parliamentary systems in favor of the legislative assemblies to enable them to reduce the dominance of the executive branch, especially since the parliament relies not only on data and information provided by the government, but it gets itself without any mode of investigation the questionnaire on the validity of this information and the data presentd to him.
