Incoterms est un ensemble global de règles établie par la chambre de commerce internationale depuis 1936, qui vise à identifier les responsabilités du vendeur et de l’acheteur et leurs devoirs lors de la livraison des marchandises et des documents nécessaires, et réduire les risques associés à toutes les transactions commerciales internationales et ainsi éviter tout conflit potentiel entre les parties, Par conséquent, le choix du terme de commerce international est une partie essentielle de toute transaction commerciale.

International trade terms or incoterms are a set of global rules developed by the International Chamber of Commerce since 1936. The aim is to determine the responsibilities and duties of the seller and the buyer during the delivery of the necessary goods and documents and reduce the risks associated with all international commercial transactions, thus avoiding any possible disputes between the parties.
