المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الإشراف التربوي لدى معلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم والمرتبطة بكل من: _ مفاهيم ومبادئ الإشراف التربوي. _ علاقة المشرفة والمعلمة بعملية الإشراف التربوي. _ دور المشرفة التربوية في تطوير العملية التعليمية. _ أساليب ووسائل الإشراف التربوي. _ مشكلات معلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة المتوسطة. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، واستخدما الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وشملت العينة على (140) معلمة تربية رياضية من دولة الكويت منطقة العاصمة بالمرحلة المتوسطة لمعرفة آرائهم في معوقات الإشراف التربوي، وكانت أهم النتائج هي أنه لا يهتم الإشراف التربوي بتطوير العملية التعليمية، ولا يستمد الإشراف التربوي مبادئ من فلسفة المجتمع، ولا يتسم الإشراف التربوي بالموضوعية في تقويم المعلمين، وأن المشرفة لا تحرص على إطلاع المعلمة على أحدث الطرق في مجال تعليم التربية الرياضية. ولا تضع في اعتبارها المسئوليات الإدارية التي تكلف بها المعلمة داخل المدرسة، ولا يوجد اهتمام بالدورات التدريبية والصقل في مجال التدريس من قبل مستشار المادة، وعدم تطابق الدراسة الأكاديمية للمعلمة في كليات التربية الرياضية مع ما يحدث فعلا في المؤسسات التعليمية وتركيز المسئولين في المدارس المتوسطة على المواد الثقافية، وقلة عدد المشرفات المتخصصات في التربية الرياضية في المرحلة المتوسطة.

Obstacles to educational supervision in physical education for the middle stage In the State of Kuwait) The research aims to study the educational supervision for middle school physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait from their point of related to: _ Concepts and principles of educational supervision. _ The relationship of the supervisor and the teacher to the educational supervision process. _ The role of the educational supervisor in developing the educational process. _ Methods and means of educational supervision. _ Problems of physical education teachers in middle school. The two researchers used the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The sample included (140) physical education teachers from the State of Kuwait, the capital region, in the intermediate stage, to find out their views on the obstacles to educational supervision, and the most important results were that educational supervision is not concerned with the development of the educational process, and supervision is not derived. Education is a principle of society’s philosophy, and educational supervision is not objective in evaluating teachers. The supervisor does not ensure that the teacher is informed of the latest methods in the field of physical education education. And do not take into account the administrative responsibilities assigned to the teacher within the school, and there is no interest in training courses and refinement in the field of teaching by the subject advisor, and the academic study of the teacher in the Faculties of Physical Education does not match what is actually happening in educational institutions and the concentration of officials in middle schools on cultural subjects, and the small number of female supervisors specializing in physical education in the middle stage.
